Predictions gone after phone reset
Hi all,
I just performed a factory reset on my Huawei P30 Pro, and now all my word predictions are gone. I've tried all SwiftKey's troubleshooting advice, and backing up the app on my old iPhone, where all my predictions are working, then syncing on the Huawei, but still no luck. All is gone.
Do any of you experience the same issue? And does anyone have a solution? I've never had this problem when resetting my iPhone, and I'm quite disappointed right now.

Same issue for me really unhappy about loosing almost a decade of predictions gone. I've also tried resetting the app logging out and in and nothing is helping.
I'm also experiencing same issue after uninstallation of SwiftKey Keyboard, tried all troubleshooting but all in vain
Me too... I signed in but SwiftKey doesn't even predict my name... Very annoying.
@SwiftKey; you really need to solve this! You cannot leave this to your customers to sort out on a forum!
Funny thing that I have the same problem but the learnt words are in a database I can see it on this website. But the keyboard is just plain stupid like he is not in connection with the servers besides I am logged in.

I've got the same problem, done a reset on my phone and my predictions didn't sync. I now have a new phone and i have the same problem.
Surely there should be a backup of these somewhere? I have years of predictions lost!
