Keyboard crashes despite reinstallations.

The keyboard is again crashing with a message that a runtime exception has happened. so finally uninstaling it. its so disturbing.for last few months have been experiencing crashes. no remedy in sight. despite all the updates and re-installing nothing seems to work. It is still not working.
