Hi I'm just wondering if there's a way to make the flow line a bit smaller when typing with the flow.

Hi, it seems my keyboard will not open for some odd reason, I've rebooted my phone several times, and nothing seems to be working, I'm using the Google keyboard for the time being. Whenever I try opening the Swiftkey keyboard, nothing happens. I hope someone can help me with this, thanks!

Double taping space bar can make a period. Would it be possible to extend the feature, making it possible to choose a different command (we all have different communication techniques) like a dash (-) or with spaces ( - )... a + sign or whatever. Maybe a small point, but in the search (hunt) for faster and more intuitive typing happits, using a fragment of a second instead of 2 seconds, counts a lot in the long run :).

I would like to ask you to make available a QWERTY layout for Portuguese with the letter Ç, just like there's a layout for spanish with Ñ. It's horrible having to long press C everytime we want to put an Ç. Ç is as important for portuguese just as ñ is to spanish. Please make it available.

I have a tablet that I use SwiftKey on, and just also installed it onto my new smartphone. I made sure backup & sync was enabled on the tablet, then signed into the same account on the phone and told it to sync, but my account data won't load.

I type a letter. Three words appear in the suggestion bar. I type another letter. Three new words appear in the suggestion bar. Sometimes the same word appears both times. In those cases, don't move the word from one position in the suggestion bar to another. If the same word(s) appear in consecutive suggestion sets, make them stationary. Sometimes, the eye sees the desired word in the suggestion bar but the finger types another letter and the word moves. When the finger goes to tap the word it has moved and the wrong word is typed. This is very annoying.

Hi All-

I've had my Swiftkey keyboard sizes set differently for landscape and portrait for years.

Portrait = Small and Landscape = Large

Swiftkey has always toggled between sizes when I rotated my phone.

All of a sudden, Swiftkey has stopped size swapping  when rotated,

on 2 different phones.  (Galaxy S6 and LG G6)

Forum search resulted in no matches for this issue.

Yes, my phone display  is set to "auto-rotate" and both the phone, and the Swiftkey rotates on my display.

But, Swiftkey simply has stopped changing keyboard sizes when rotated.

Please help.

For some reason some of the saved clipboard shortcuts are not transposing in Gmail. For instance, I set 1 to be a shortcut for my signature:

Which worked perfectly here but in Gmail for some reason all it types is "2e". 2e. This is very recent. Within the past few days. I don't know why.

I'd love to have a question mark permanently instead of a dot, I swipe to access and I type a lot of 'ml' when I'm in a hurry. Please, I beg you. :)

Repro
- use SwiftKey as default keyboard on Android 7
- on board to company portal/Intune, which requires complex unlock/power on PIN
- keyboard blinks/flashes 2 seconds or so after being invoked to enter PIN (sometimes missing input)

Expected behavior: keyboard doesn't flash/blink or miss characters during PIN input

Is there any way to have $ symbol as primary instead of €??

It would be quite useful, if there were a way to search for emojis, when the Emoji button has been pressed.

It should be kind of like how Gboard does it, where you switch to Emoji mode and then you can search (eg. you type "cat" and see the cat emoji 🐈).

This is a feature request for the SwitfKey Android keyboard; I cannot use Swiftmoji, as it is english only and not available in Switzerland.

Hi i am using redmi note 3; from last two days in my swift key board it showing "unable to load lanaguage" on the top of the key. When i am click their it opens setting of language where i already updated my selected language, but still facing same issue.
So can any one please help me to solve it.

I've recently switched to Swiftkey because I'm having some problems with Gboard. The one major thing I miss from that, however, is its wonderfully simple and intuitive 'gesture delete' function. You should really, REALLY check it out to see why it's so much better than just pressing and holding the del key and hoping you can release it in time to avoid deleting more than you wanted to. This is particularly important on a system like Android that doesn't offer any ctrl-z type undo options. All you do is swipe left off the del key until the text you want to delete is highlighted, then release to perform the delete. If you swipe too far you just have to slide back towards the del key a bit first. Simple!

I also find it mightily frustrating that the last word entered by flow typing can't be deleted with a single tap on the del key. That's how every other 'swipe' type keyboard app I've tried works and it seems pretty obvious to me it's how it should be. I realize this has been asked before and rejected, but I'd urge you to reconsider and at least make it an option.

I've just downloaded this keyboard as I wanted one with emoji prediction functionality and so far it's been a good decision!

A couple of quick queries - on my main keyboard page the numbers appear in the top row, is there any way to have the numbers appear on the top row on the punctuation page as well rather on the right or left?

Also, on the bottom row of the main keyboard is there any way to change the key next to enter so that the automatic option is a question mark rather than full stop? I know I can long press for the question mark but would prefer if it was readily available.

Trace out what you think is "clown" on the keyboard. SwiftKey inserts "clean" instead. Erase, trace it again. SwiftKey inserts "clean" again. Erase, curse out the phone, trace it again, this time carefully. SWIFTKEY INSERTS THE SAME *!@#(*!@$ WRONG WORD AGAIN! UGH! Manually type it out, letter by letter like some hairy primate living in 1999.

If the suggestion presented was deleted already, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT SUGGEST IT AGAIN for this session! I clearly didn't want it the first time (or second or THIRD TIME.) Please refer to the definition of "insanity" for more information.

Yes, sometimes the intended word is available to click, but most times it's not there at all. Instead there are three or four other words that are not even close to the intended word. Fat fingers, or whatever.

Should be self explanatory. Isn't truth a regular word in the dictionary? It showed up there. Why would it only be available capitalized after a comma?

There is a way to replace "." and ","?
I really need comma on the right and dot to be available on double tap space.

Since i last changed the layout of swiftkey it won't load the language and types in capitel only if i don't change it. (Swipe doesn't function)

I've changed the layout back and have set the languages off and on again but it does only help a few minutes and then i have the same issue again.

Please advise how to remove the colorful trail that follows your finger each time you swipe. It's very distracting! Can that be cleared?

If it's possible I would really enjoy a setting that allows the keyboard theme to be chosen at random from your downloaded themes at different intervals. Maybe daily or hourly or even every time the keyboard pops up. There's so many themes I like but I get lazy and don't want to go to settings to decide which one I want to use.

Issue description:
Long pressing/holding delete or swiping to delete will only delete 1 letter/digit at a time within wechat. This is only happening within the wechat application, and no where else.

Short version is that, in order to fix a minor bug where users had to click 4 times to delete an emoji, this new issue was introduced. This new issue is far worse than the bug they were fixing...

Despite this being a 'known issue' it still hasn't been addressed in any of the recent updates. 

Can this please get fixed, I just got a new nexus 5x and am experiencing this problem, I don't want to have to install an old version of swiftkey so that I can type/delete properly in wechat (which I use all the time).

Most recently used emoji show up in a scrolling bar instead of the full panel - this is horrible to pick from. The WhatsApp native MRU emoji is so much easier to use... Consider redesign. Thanks.

I've contacted support numerous times with not a single good response.
I'm running Android 6.0.1 with SwiftKey 6.5.5.30 on a Samsung Galaxy S5... If that means anything.

When i first open the keyboard,i see the words in the prediction field. Right now it was "store, rhombus, photoshop. " those three words appear when i open the keyboard. I know they appear because i was using them frequently recently.

Anyways, I'll begin to type a sentence and everything seems to be working fine except after typing some words, those three words appear again as predictions. So if i flow "table" i might see in the prediction those three words,even though table appears in the text field. When I begin to flow the next word, the auto insert space enters the middle word, "rhombus. " this is obviously a design flaw and one that no one wants to address especially when i contact support.

The sentence "I left the keys on the table" should not be predicted "i left the keys on the rhombus" considering i didn't select "rhombus" as a word to replace the correctly flowed "table"

This is terrible because it makes using your keyboard useless and forces me to use gboard like other users have been.. I want to continue to use SwiftKey because of the arrow keys and auto correct that was available in chrome which gboard doesn't have either. But at least their keyboard works as intended.

How i can switch off the dictionary that appear when i'm typing, actually not the predictions bar above the number row but the words come out that listed with white background. I love using SwiftKey for about 5 years now . I wish can show the picture but there's no option to upload the pic on submitting this questions . Hope it could help me. Tq
