It started about few months ago.
I have Ukrainian input, and used to have Russian as well. But not any more.

When I type (not even swipe) a Ukrainian word the first suggestions are Russian! How come?
I even clicked to "forget word". But it doesn't help. The words from an incorrect language still are the first, and sometimes the only words predicted.

Please, revert it back.
This keyboard was working brilliantly for long long years. Something got broken along the way.

The Swiftkey incognito theme looks so good, and I want to use that incognito theme as my main theme, Can someone help me how to do it? i searched for some themes but the the key outlines are so contrasting it doesnt look good, but in incognito it looks awesome because the opacity of the keys is low. anyone know how to get incognito theme as the normal theme

It seems like in the last few days my voice-to-text feature has gotten significantly worse. I don't know if this is a Swiftkey thing or a Google thing, but it started happening a few days ago after my phone installed an update and updated a bunch of apps at the same time. The interface looks a bit different, and there are a few significant changes:

- The timeout when I stop talking has drastically decreased, to the point where if I hesitate even a tiny bit between words it stops listening.

- The guesses it makes are often way off, where before they were very reliable

- There was previously a feature where I could tap on a predicted word, and it would bring up a list of other guesses for the word, which was extremely useful when it got something wrong, but it doesn't appear to do that anymore.

- Previously I could hit backspace to delete the last word and it would stay in listening mode, now hitting backspace makes it stop listening.

I use the voice-to-text a ton, so if it's really this broken now it's sort of a dealbreaker for me with Swiftkey, which would be a bummer since I've really liked it up until now. Has anyone else experienced this change recently and found a way to fix it? For reference, I have a Samsung Galaxy s10 with fully updated OS and app. Thanks!

Swiftkey will frequently suggest "Eben", a city somewhere in the world when I am trying to do "even".  In fact it seems like more often than not swiftkey will attempt a strange proper noun where some other word is intended.  I see users reporting this frustration 4 years ago and... their accounts being deleted.  Why can't swiping be for non proper nouns and poking (in swiftkey) be necessary if you want to do a proper noun, why can't there be a toggle switch somewhere, "don't swift proper nouns"?  

I've tried to use swiftkey for 10+ years and slowly come to the realization it's dramatically slower than more traditional other input methods because of the authors inability to address obvious frustrations and solutions. :'(

HOW TO BACKUP AND RESTORE ALL CLIPBOARD CREATED SHORTCUTS?

I want to create a backup file from all the created clipboard shortcuts.

AND OVERVIEW IT?

in my phone i can't organise the shortcuts, i can only create a lot and scroll through the created shortcuts and edit them when i can find them. But after making hundreds of shortcuts it is frustrating to lose an overview and not be able to organise them all on Alphabetical order and in a spreadsheet file or anything exportable to a cloud - document - excel conversion so i can keep the shortcuts and export the file to another device and use them all again on that device.

This could be handy for educational tool on schools and universities with standard shortcuts.

Also it would be great if the overview is possible in a spreadsheet so people can really learn the shortcuts and overview them, edit the ones they want to edit and restore the file to the device or devices.

AND EDIT IT IN A FILE?

Talking about a dowloadable file is the first thing we need to do if we think about shortcuts on keyboards.

Swiftkey would be the best app if it allows users to create a file and make them able to edit these shortcuts personal in an editor online or on a spreadsheet cloud environment.

When trying to fill a password field, the 2 rows above the keys disappear and I can't paste what I copied. If I switch to the gboard keyboard, their clipboard shows so I can paste in the password. 

Is there a setting or fix for this, or do I switch between the 2 input methods? 

Didn't know until recently that the three lines on the keyboard gave you access to the clipboard.  Well, the first time I found it, all of my clips were there. After going back to the keyboard, I tried it again, this time hoping to paste something. But when I went to the clipboard the second time, all of my clips were gone! 

I thought maybe the keyboard was just acting up, but when I went through the actually SwiftKey app, all of my clips were missing from there as well!

What the heck happened? Can I get them back? 

*I didn't download anything or do a phone or app update of any kind before this happened.*

Is there a format bar or feature available so I can bold or underline text on my Android app?

ho android e a me ogni tanto la tastiera swiftkey non appare quando devo digitare qualcosa.

Quando succede non appare più su nessuna app, l'unico modo che ho per farla funzionare di nuovo è: o riavviare lo smartphone o andare nelle impostazioni di android cambiare tastiera e ricambiarla subito sulla swiftkey.

I'm using Microsoft Swiftkey on a brand new Huawei Matepad BAH3 - W59 with Android 10. Whenever I try to type on Google Docs, be it the installed app or webpage in desktop mode, the words just duplicate themselves in a strange way and the delete/backspace is super laggy and non-responsive, especially if I type in a language that has diacritics. Turning off Autocorrect doesn't help. Typing in other apps/webpages works fine tho.

Example:

What is the exact procedure to edit sentences with swiftkey on the Facebook app? Something has been updated and the behavior has changed dramatically.
It's been great forever: put the cursor where you want to edit halfway through the sentence, press delete a few times to delete words and type new ones, cursor stays where you expect it, all good. But that has all changed. Now, i'll put the cursor at the end of the word i want to delete halfway through the sentence, and press delete once. It removes the last character of that word, which is "method", so the 'd' is removed, but it changes the 'e' to an 'i' (so it now says 'methi')  BUT i can't continue editing that word because Swiftkey puts the cursor at the end of my post with an underscore on the last word in rediness to change that instead!

So i have to put the cursor to the end of "methi', press delete to continue deleting but it puts a space after 'methi' instead! It does other odd things, not always the same exact error, but always the infuriating editing mess where you cant just put the cursor where you want and have it behave as expected when deleting. The only workaround being to use any other keyboard ionstead of SwiftKey when using the facebook app. This issue does not happen in Evernote or Emails.

this night my german language dataset disappeared and the language selection list is empty. Now Swiftkey is useless. I restarted my phone. Still the same problem.
