 Hi guys,

I figured that on my Iphone 6+, SwiftKey is not working very well.

Issues started with some earleri iOS version about a year ago: When opening Safari, Facebook, Whatsapp or any other app that requires anything to be typed in, Swiftkey deliberately switched back to the preinstalled German keyboard on the Iphone. Hitting the Globe button to turn it back resulted in the same behaviour. It only worked out after the third or forth attempt. That sometimes did not allow me to react quick enough to critical requests for business purposes when seconds count.

iOS upates that followed in the meantime seemed to solve the issue, but since iOS 10.3.2 came in, the odd behaviour returned, plus, sometimes it does not even load the character interface of Swiftkey at all. Swiftkey is currently running on version 2.0.2 on my Iphone.

Rebooting the Iphone, de- and reinstalling SwiftKey as well as even resetting the Iphone to factory defaults and bringing in all my apps and settings again did not solve the issue. This is very unnerving!

Do you have any advise on how to solve that?

Ideally, I don't want to reset all my data, just the map...

(I used to have long nails and so would type differently to how I do now with shorter nails... It's taking a very long time for the map to adjust to this difference...)

Hello, I have Swiftkey installed on my nephews iPhone. I have blocked apps like youtube, safari, even the appstore, and have put a Age restriction in Restrictions setting on his iPhone. But I noticed today that he is able to access Youtube by going into the video tutorials section of Swiftkey, and then can search for all youtube content regardless of age settings on his phone??

Is this something that Swiftkey can handle on its side or something that is not in their control. I don't want to uninstall Swiftkey as he has his dictionary words setup in it, but if this can't be resolved I need to know so I can find a safer alternate for him.

I'm running my iPhone 6s still on 9.3.3 and for some reason the emojis are invinsible now. The emoji menu is just blank. If I type in the blank menu, the emojis appear, but I just can't choose what emoji I want to type.

Any suggstions?

Any time I add punctuation (. , ? ! etc), I have to manually space. Is there an option for this? I don't see it in the app settings or keyboard settings.

in your languages not have Kurdish (sorani) for ios but in androit have this language , can you add it for ios?

If I am inputting a word and predictive test thinks it's a formal name and capitalizes it, if I go back to correct the prediction it will insist on keeping the first letter of whatever word I put in to replace it an uppercase letter. I have to go back and shift it back down to lowercase manually. If autocorrect inserts a caps shift, it should also remove it when corrected.

The keyboard does not show up in browser but does in iMessage. I think it is because of the corporate control with MobileIron. But I don't understand why. Is there any work around?

 Ever since I updated my iPhone 7, when I'm typing text (only after something else happens on my phone - like it times out) I'm not able to swype down to reveal the text.  The back arrow is barely visible, but I know where it's supposed to be and have to go out and come back in to see text again.  If I switch to the Apple keyboard, it looks fine.  HELP!!!

SwiftKey Keyboard for Android you can change the size of the keyboard....for iPhone you can't can you?

Problem: I want to delete quicker an entire word, don't want to delete letter by letter.

How come you have not come up with a better and smarter way to delete entire words with gestures or 3D without having to delete letter by letter with the delete button?

Since English is a standard spoken language you should add to the English base language other 2 spoken languages so you are able to type in 3 languages simultaneously.

In iOS default arabic keyboard we've two layouts: Arabic and Arabic PC
(Arabic PC is like the layout of an Arabic keyboard on windows)
So please support it because I'm used to it.

The first word is anyways wrong, with some random text pretended.

I received 68 languages update today but unlucky again urdu language is missing. I requested to you update urdu language in next update because this is one of the biggest language of world and miss it on great app.

when using SK in safari with iOS (not version specific) first letters double when selecting predictive offers. Also, backspace to remove typing will stop even though there are still characters present, sometimes several words. 

I love SK on android but the iOS version is extremely problematic, these bugs have existed for me for years. I only occasionally switch to SK in hopes they have been resolved, only to find not. Device is iPad Air.

My Swiftkey doesn't work in Mail app ONLY. So weird.. Any suggestions?

Last week I updated Swiftkey to its latest version for the IPhone. It has been a disaster ever since. For starters, everytime I try to use the swiftkey keyboard, i have to toggle through all of my keyboards (have 4). In the old version, i could continue in the last keyboard used. At times I cannot reach the swiftkey keyboard from whatsapp or messages, so i am forced to close the application and run it again so I can access swiftkey. Finally, when I finally get to the swiftkey keyboard, I have to wait a few seconds before it is activated.

I see no other comments on this forum of similar problems, and this is the first time I seek support from swiftkey, which I have been using for many years. I hope you can tell me if it is a problem that I have, or if the software is buggy and, if it is, when can we expect an updated version of the software or how can i reinstall the prior version.  Thanks.

I'd like the uppercase "I" to stop being predicted. I've removed it a bunch of times but it still brings it up. I just want to use lowercase "i" from now on. Is the only way to do this to continue to manually correct it on the prediction bar? It doesn't seem to be working.

I recently downloaded the latest update of Swiftkey, so I'm currently running Swiftkey 2.0.0 and iOS 10.3.1.

The problem is that since this update, the prediction & autocorrect feature doesn't work anymore (feature that is the most important for me). 

The "autocorrect" button is switched on in my settings, I tried to switch off/on my phone and to uninstall/reinstall swiftkey, to log off/log in swiftkey (also, since this operation, I can't log in anymore with facebook, same problem than this post : https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115002075825-Can-t-login-to-SwiftKey-Account-with-Facebook?flash_digest=2a74e1df58f09ec0ef67ccd861729391949f6864&page=1 ) , but nothing works...

One of the best features of the Android version of SwiftKey is the option for the Spacebar to enter the middle prediction.

I've been waiting since release on iOS for this feature! Is there a limitation with the OS that doesn't allow this feature to be possible?

How do I get a rid of letters that I don't need for my language?

See the screenshot - for Czech language I only need - e, é and ě. Need to hide the others.

By the way - the new design is just ugly. Look how unproportional the pop-up letters are. Can't even look at it.

The latest version of SwiftKey (2.0.0) on iOS 10.3.2 and 10.3.3 is not allowing me to log into SwiftKey cloud using my Facebook account (had no previous issue until the latest update to 2.0.0). Have attached the relevant screenshots.

After clicking on "Continue" on the "Confirm Login" screen, Safari leads to a blank page; and on pressing "done" I get taken back to SwiftKey with the on screen error message.

Please change nickel dark back to how it was. That look was why I used SwiftKey. I've been using SwiftKey for years, back when it was a paid app on Android, and I always used that theme. I'm very disappointed and would like my theme back.
