From today I'm unable to download a new theme. When I press download it says downloading but never downloads. This happens on a number of themes. I tried installing and uninstalling but that hasn't helped.

Device: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, Android 10 with One UI 2.5

On the inside screen ("tablet" screen of the this foldable phone) the Swiftkey prediction stops working after a few uses: predictions show up properly above the keys but selecting a prediction actually doesn't fix the written erronuous text but only adds a space after the incorrectly typed text. This is clearly a bug.

It always works for one use after a boot, but soon stops working again. So I reboot a lot.

This only happens in Chrome, in the address bar and in any text fields of forms. Restarting the app (force close from settings/apps) and then restarting it from app list does not fix it, only a reboot does. It's problematic that it happens in Chrome because that is the app where I type the most. I cannot change from Chrome since it is forced to be used in our company (a multinational industrial giant) on Windows and I wish to sync the browser with my private Chrome user id on that computer.

I have no experience if prediction works properly on the front screen as I never type on it (it is too narrow to type with adult hands).

The phone has been in use for only two weeks. Removing Switfkey settings (cache + saved data) and the app and reinstallation do not fix the problem.

It is very very annoying, almost enough to stop using Swiftkey and go to the Samsung keyboard. But I'd hate to do that since I've used Swiftkey for a lot of years and it knows my writing very well know. It is great, the rare times it happens to work.

I would make a bug report but cannot find where.The app does not have a feedback option anywhere.

Hello,

I am using microsoft translator with WhatsApp.
It is working smooth when I was writing my message and It is simultaneously translating my messages. Then I just send it.

Furthermore, when I select the incoming message and press copy button while Microsoft Translator already selected from the keyboard shortcut, It is directly translating the incoming message. This is superb, however, when I copy it twice, It is not translating the message, only copy the message to clipboard. If I select different message and press copy again, It is translating automatically. And If I select it again, It is not translating the same message anymore.

I think there is a bug at the usage of translator. Is there any way to fix it or any solution, your kind reply would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, SwiftKey keyboard in normal gesture mode allows to delete words with swiping to the left. This works on poco X3 only in approx. 20 percent of the cases as it always needs several tries. My assumption is that it has to do with the display sensivity. It's the same issue on a second poco X3 which I have as well. Regards

If you use swiftkeyboard azerty into android, when you access phone from windowws with "your phone" application, keyboard is qwerty iso azerty ? This is not the case with samsung keyboard ?

Is this still unresolved? Is there no way no avoid the space before a semicolon? I've read posts going back 4 years about this. How hard can this be to resolve?

GitHub Codespaces uses the Monaco Editor so anything that uses that is affected by this: Azure DevOps, Azure App Service Editor, and many many more sites. Easy repro steps: 1. Go here: https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor 2. Type something in one of the examples and then hit backspace a few times You expect backspace to remove the characters but instead it does nothing. I hope this can be fixed so I can use GitHub Codespaces on my phone!

SwiftKey: Latest update

Physical Keyboard: Logitech K850

There is an issue when typing keyboard on the smartphone using bluetooth keyboard.

In Korean keyboard, we use Shift key to enter 'Double consonant'.
QWERTY keyboard 'W' represents Korean consonant 'ㅈ'.
Then Shift+W enters 'ㅉ'.
QWERTY 'J' represents Korean vowel 'ㅓ', but Shift+J still should be 'ㅓ'
because there is nothing like 'double vowel.'
In Swiftkey with Korean input, Shift + J('ㅓ') temporarily changes to English input mode and enters English capital 'J' which I didn't want to.
I hope you could correct this error so that Shift + (Korean vowel) still enters (Korean vowel) instead of English capital letter.

In Korean input method, Shift + (Vowel) means nothing but just typing (Vowel),
but it is very easy to mistakenly enter Shift + (Vowel)

When I send a picture or share a status and write a text about it in whatsapp, the keyboard closes when you press the bottom Keys. Only in beta version

I am in the UK and when I am typing in a Web search my punctuation key defaults to: .com. If long pressed I can have org, TV or net. All I want is: .co.uk. Is this possible? It would be nice to be able to define what 8 want on that key.

Would it be possible to make use of Swiftkey's arrow keys line when using a physical keyboard? Here with my Blackberry KEY2, I use the physical keyboard and SwiftKey, which displays the suggestions line and few widgets more (extras). I cruelly miss the arrow keys!

Hi. I want the same Holo keyboard on my new Mi 10 Lite (765, OS 10) as on my Nokia 7 Plus OS10. Both on Dark Mode. Navigation buttons (backspace, enter, up) are black on grey now, not white on grey). How can I fix. Thanks.

Currently Swiftkey has a Kurdish keyboard but no layout with Kurdish characters. Please, add a QWERTY layout for Kurdish characters.

日本語におけるスマートフォンによるキー入力は、大半が片手によるフリック(テンキー)入力で行われています。しかし、端末を横に持った場合、片手入力は難しく、横幅を生かしてQWERTY入力を行いたいのですが、現在のSwiftkey ではいちいち設定を変更しなくてはレイアウトを変更することが出来ません。端末の向き毎にレイアウトを切り替えてくれる設定を追加してください、Gboardをはじめ多くの日本語IMが同種の機能を持っています。特にSurface Duoではこの問題が顕著になります。横に持ってフリック入力では折角の2画面の意味が半減してしまいます。

When we press voice prompt button it captures the whole screen of the keyboard... No need to because when the incorrect result showing... Again go back to normal keyboard... This problem can be solved by simply change color or online the box... So the normal keyboard remains as it is

Too many word's are missing, also predictions not reflecting right words... Please allow us add words in personal dictionary or common dictionary data base which help other's to improve language

This happens in Normal and Beta versions of Firefox Android. Do a search in the address bar. When done click on address bar again and type a letter and SK closes and re-opens. Android 10 SK 7.6.2.6. Firefox any

Does anyone know if SwiftKey has handwriting convert to text? I can't find it in the settings anywhere. Google keyboard has it not to hard to find in languages. It isn't a deal breaker because SwiftKey knows my typing very well and I like the setup I've had for some odd years now but come on no H2T? Get with the times lol...

Hey everyone, I remember I could change between upper and lower case capital letters by selecting the word and then tap shift 2 or 3 times (i cant remember exactly) on my old phone. Did they remove this feature a while ago or am I just blind? (Phone - Android 10)

I have been having a lot of trouble recently with the google voice recognition not "pasting in" to text fields in Android. It tends to work fine the first time you use it in an app but not after. And it seems to work consistently when I use Google voice recognition "directly" in Chrome through its mic button or in Google Assistant. I have tried with both the beta and the regular swiftkey versions. I'm running Android 10 on a Huawei P20 Pro...

Swiping left to delete gesture isn't triggering consistently (I'm getting 3/10 successful gestures).

I'm observing this using a Pixel 5 with SwiftKey 7.6.6.11 (tried the beta as well which had the same problem too). Also been able to reproduce this in a Pixel 3a and Xiaomi Poco X3.
