I just purchased an LG Stylo 5 phone but still have my old phone (Samsung Note 8). After installing SwiftKey, signing into the same account, & trying to sync, I still show 116k taps etc. on the old phone but only 90 taps etc on the new phone. How do I sync the new phone so all my data from the old phone goes to it?

After the android 9 update on the one plus 6, I have a blank area at the bottom below the spacebar which causes the app to close. How can this be removed?

I cannot select photos from the gallery to create a sticker. Whenever I click "create", my gallery opens, a black screen appears, no photo appears, and I can't make a selection. Finally, I have to close the application.

Since the last Android 10 update last week, if you have gestures enabled on Samsung Galaxy S10+, the long press on period doesn't work half of the time. It is really annoying! :( Temporary solution: enable gesture hints or disable gestures and revert back to navigation bar. Both are annoying though for power users.

I kept getting these annoying red underline, It keep asking me to add indonesian words to dictionary even tho I'm using Indonesia language system on the keyboard. And not only that, when I put the into dictionary, IT DOES NOTHING, the red underline still there.... Also it only happen when i type on whatsapp and Instagram, Line seems normal... Everything happen after the update. Please, how to fix this, it gets really annoying

The amount of padding between the bottom of the keyboard and edge of my screen has become too large after upgrading to Android 10. Currently using a OnePlus 7 Pro. Can I fix this?

I would like an option to hide med back, home, last app, keys when typing something, as I often end on the homescreen when pressing home instead of space.. I have search the web and it's apperently something swiftkey have yet to fix I can hide my keys everywhere except the home screen, and when using swiftkey..

Hey, Since a recent update I have a red mark under each word on Hebrew, like SwiftKey thinks it is not part of the dictionary (although the words are grammatical valid)

I just moved from my beloved LG to a sterile but functional Samsung S10 ... and noticed that the microphone button that used to allow for audio recordings (not voice to text) that resided top right above the number keys is gone.

> Is this a Samsung limitation?
> Is there an obvious solution that I'm missing because I don't drink coffee like everyone else?

In the last month whenever I use voice input, most of the words I speak don't show up and the words that do are shown very slowly

i'd like to be able to increase the time the key popup is shown. when typing a password with asterisks shown the popup disappears too fast.

When I click on 'Plus +' sign on left top of keyboard and click on 'GIF', it says "You need an internet connection to view GIFs". But after 5 to 10 mins, it starts showing GIF again

Earlier there was an option to have number pad in rows of three, like 1 2 3 on top 4 5 6 in middle and 7 8 9 on bottom, instead of having all numbers in one single row. This option was available in the 'Keys' setting. Today, after a factory reset, I reinstalled all of the apps, including SwiftKey and I couldn't find that option anywhere! Please help me with this. Single row of numbers drive me insane.

Hi i've waited too long to see the Bing search on my phone and i've just found that the SwiftKey Doesn't Support Sony Devices for in keyboard search!! so i installed the Gboard and the search works perfectly in gboard. what do you mean that Sony devices don't support search?!! it's more like that the developers don't know how to add it on Sony mobiles!

Hi - I have a OnePlus 7 Pro running Android v10, set up for gesture control. As such, I no longer have any navigation buttons on the bottom of my display.

I am having a big problem with SwiftKey, where the keyboard can't be moved to the bottom of my display:

Aside from losing valuable screen real estate, this causes a lot of SwiftKey failures for me.

For example, If I am trying to type with the space bar, or enter key (or, any of the bottom keys), and accidentally hit just a little bit lower than the bottom row key, SwiftKey registers it as a "close keyboard" event, and I lose whatever I was typing. This is a HUGE pain in the rear!

Please update SwiftKey to allow the keyboard to be located at the bottom of the screen when the user has selected a gesture navigation method. Note that there are multiple manufacturers that have their own version of gesture navigation (like OnePlus), so the solution should be generic enough to detect that any gesture navigation implementation will allow the keyboard to be located at the bottom of the screen.

As stated in the title, I can't find the personalization settings. When I go to accounts, there is only "your account", "account services", and "account data". There are no options for me to add accounts such as twitter, facebook, gmail, etc for SwiftKey to learn from. There are only SwiftKey account options.

I can no longer find swiftkey in Google playstore. Have you stopped supporting Android? I use LineageOS 15.1 based on Android 8.1.0 and I have been able to find it and update it until now. If this is the case then I have to find another keyboard. I have used swiftkey since it was released and even paid for it. It's a shame but life goes on.

I have tried and tried and searched high and low and still have not been able to disable the predictive Emoji feature. I cannot stand it. It makes editing a text or whatever I'm possible because if you touch the little gray box all the sudden you get a dozen pictures of dogs or cats or hats or whatever it is you typed in and they decided you would rather do it in pictures than in words. I am not a 14 year old little girl hanging out at the mall. None of the instructions that are available and none of the blogs or chat rooms or anything has any relevant instruction as to how to disable this feature. Even when I go into settings and think I have disabled it it still is not disabled. I do not want that little gray box around the word hat or cat or rat or dog or chair or anything like that. I just want to be able to type plain text. What am I doing wrong?

Setting incognito mode would stay on until we turned it off. Now it auto disables. Can we please fix it? Thanks!
