Same problem here......  ANGRU!! I have spent many years using this app and when it was the paid version I bought it., now I see that they do not anwer to a problem that is repeated in all the user...

The same happens to me., I have a Samsung S7 with my learned words copied to my SwiftKey account as I can see in "View your data" from my manage account....  now in my new Samsung S10plus accessing...
