Where you delete it? On the Smartphone? Or in the Swiftkey App? All your safed words are be restored?

yes, that's how I see it. Or anybody knows a way du Backup it on my old Phone (Phoneclone?) and restore it on my new phone?

Here https://data.swiftkey.com you can Login. Left top corner klick and then klick "view data". There you can see your safed Words. You can export as a Zip File. But how can i restore this words in...
