Hi Alex.  If you want to provide a video of the issue and give your device info: make/model/OS and SK versions and languages used with SK - we can take a look.

the recent image you attached seems to be broken. You think it's all themes without secondary characters?

Ah, I see it now. Is this only with this theme? Can you see if it carries over to other themes. - Device make/model/ OS version- Languages installed with SK.
