Another screenshot showing the keyboard size

I think the height of the keys should be bigger

    Thanks for the report.

Do you mean the screenshot shows the largest size of keyboard but in one-hand mode?

Two screenshots are identical, please check your link.

Have you tried a fresh install?

Here's a comparison. Left is compact, right is full. The first thing I wanted to point out is that the height of the compact one is too low and makes the keys very small... Maybe it's too compact?

The second thing I wanted to show is the size of the punctuation key popup. Seemed out of proportion compared to the size of the keyboard.

Also, as a contrast, this is the size of a medium keyboard. Seems a bit too small for the S8+ screen size

Thanks, I'm able to see what you are describing.

The compact mode is smaller, it's expected, for one-hand usage. But maybe like you said, it's too small.

As for the second thing I shared to the mod team. I'm waiting for more feedback.

Yes! I agree on the Note 8. The largest setting needs to be slightly larger width wise.

Another one supporting the option to have the option for bigger keyboard keyboard in compact mode, specially when undocked.. Also would give more flexibility for the users that increase the dpi in developer options.. For me as an example everything is too big when stock dpi used, unfortunately increasing dpi makes swiftkey in compact float mode too small. Thanks

Was anyone capable of finding a solution?

I was hoping that with the update to Oreo that this could be fixed but I am having the same problem.

    Thanks

I'm not sure, it still seems smaller than what I was used to on my Note 7 and note 4. And I'm on oreo.

I'm on a Pixel 2 XL on Android 8.1, and I just came back to trying Swiftkey after about a year maybe, I had stopped using it cause of this issue. I was on a Pixel XL before, on Nougat. The keyboard itself gets even smaller if you enable the numbers in the keyboard. Maybe this is happening more prominently with big phones. The default size (medium) on Gboard is larger than the "largest" swiftkey when both are in one-handed "compact" mode.

I have exactly the same problem, incredible how ex-swiftkey users complained about it and still no solution

Oh please. I found so many threads about this problem. Why there is no fix there. I love SwiftKey since it's first beta phase, and the single hand mode is one of the best parts. But it's realy to small. Not even my baby has such small fingers...
    Please SwiftKey. Help us. 😉
