Alex, as your attachment contains certain personal info, I rejected your post.

But I've seen the problem. It is likely caused by the resolution settings. Try to switch the DPI settings in your phone between QHD+ and FHD+, it should be working in one of these options.

It is caused by Android DPI settings.

    Hello Alpert

I tested it. A change between the WQHD and FHD setting does not change the font / keyboard size. :-(

    Really?

Seems Samsung changed the DPI management again. We'll look into it.

    Thanks for the report.

    Hi support team,

Do we have fix for this yet? I have the S9 PLUS and having the same issue.

Also is it possible that this issue can be fixed for the highest resolution?

Just a heads up that I'm having the same issue. Keyboard takes up an obscene amount of space (nearly half of the screen) using the Smallest setting when on WQHD+, but when using the other resolutions it takes up a normal amount but the font size on the keys is tiny.

The size of my keyboard is fine and can be resized as I want (even while on the highest resolution setting).  That said, while Swiftkey worked great on my Droid Turbo 2, on my new Samsung S9+ two functions aren't working: 1. swipe left to delete a typed word,  and 2. can't swipe down to get the keyboard off the screen.  Very frustrating; want to find a fix!

OK .... I just figured out why swiping left to delete a typed word didn't work.  The curved edge design of the screen is the problem.  For this function to work, you have to start the swipe on the very, very right edge.  Swiping down the keyboard remains an issue.

This device has been on the market since March. Swiftkey apparently does not care.
I'm using Gboard now. It works perfectly in all resolutions.
