Personalization fails on Gmail

Been trying to personalize my SwiftKey using 2 Gmail accounts and they keep failing. Tried both beta and the regular version. I'm using pixel 3 xl.

Any thoughts on fixing this? Thanks.

    We've noticed this problem and it's reported.

    I believe a fix is coming.
