After download, can't get past enable on Amazon Fire 7

Hi,
I installed the Google Play store successfully on my new Amazon Fire 8 HD, and SwiftKey installed and is working fine.
Today I received my Amazon Fire 7, but I can't get past enable. Everytime I tap enable, I get the language menu which is already defaulted to English. I have even tried turning it off and on, and rebooting.
Tapping English just returns me to the main screen where the highlighted choice is ENABLE. I have tried even choosing #2 selected Swiftkey and #3 - but as they are not highlighted tapping does nothing.

HELP!
