first symbol keyboard layout changed

i had to do a factory reset recently due to me losing an important app. this made my symbol keyboard layout look weird. i swear "?" and other symbols are not where they supposed to be, my muscle memory tells me the new layout is wrong. it also looks like it's missing a row or something? "(" and ")" were on the left side before. i'm really used to that layout, is there any way to get it back? maybe it was simply an update of sorts? or is it a theme issue? phone is huawei p smart 2019. i honestly don't know what to do at this point. please help.

Hi, are you referring to your keyboard language layout? If so, you can easily change this via these steps: How do I change the keyboard layout (e.g. QWERTY to AZERTY) with Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard for Android? – SwiftKey Support

Does this address the issue? If not, please clarify further so that we can look into this.
