You sent me a form inviting me to test your app. At the bottom you asked for a url for a social media account. While I was getting that address, the form vanished and I can't find it!
I'd like to join, so what should I do?

All of a sudden,after years of faithful service, SwiftKey has suddenly crapped out on me.

Pressing enter adds the letter 't'

Predictions throw up gobbledegook

There are other problems but they're too frustrating to investigate with the keyboard so broken.

Has there been a recent update that has done this?

I have a Huawei p10 (Android 7, SwiftKey6.7.5.31) and I just noticed this new problem, when I try to use the popup for accented characters (long press) the bubble shows up on the far right, not above the correct character I am holding. The bubble is also partly missing or fully missing depending on the location of the character being held.

I tried googling and found no similar issue.

I tried reinstalling, tried using the GBoard (their popup bubble works fine).

What do I do?

Adding a picture! As you can see I am long-pressing D and the bubble shows up half-broken on the right side. If I hold something more to the right of D it won't even show.

If I type "home" it inserts my home address. How do I stop it from doing that? It's maddening!

Swiftkey suddenly changed the order of my languages, i have 3 languages set on my keyboard, how to change the order again ?

Its defiantly not as "swift" anymore to locate my chosen language

Hi, in the last update ( 6.7.2.20) i noticed that everytime i type a number on messages, its me suggest a dice (emoji) related to it even i disable emoji prediction.

This is an issue on last update?

After last update to 6.7.2.20 there is a problem with emoji suggestion while writing. I have disabled that option and sometimes while typing it shows me suggestion. Look screenshot below:

Please fix this.

Steps:

1. Open YouTube app

2. Go to a video

3. Tap "Add a public comment..."

Actual: SwiftKey keyboard freezes then crashes, default iOS keyboard replaces it after a while

Expected: no crash, can type as normal

On the Samsung Oreo beta if you have any theme other than the 3 default themes the keyboard crashes constantly anytime it tries to appear. 

• Device make and model - Samsung Galaxy S8
• Device Android version - Android 8.0 Oreo
• Current SwiftKey version - Swiftkey Beta 6.7.1.26
• Steps to reproduce - Open themes, select any theme that is not default, crashes start immediately. If you open the app and switch back to a default theme the crashes stop.
• Any screen shots that help show the issue - no screen shots but I submitted feedback through the app

I don't know why Bangla keyboard layout was changed to such a horrible one. Here are two screenshots of the two versions with different layouts -

Version 6.7.0.18

The previous layout was much more intuitive than the latest one. There are certain aspects of Bangla alphabet and Bangla writing system that can be more easily executed in version 6.6.2.27 layout.

Is there any way the old layout could be retrieved?

I just bought a Huawei P10 and SwiftKey won't sync my account data. I've signed in, but it says last sync was "not synced" and if I hit the sync now button there is nothing that happens.

Any ideas? I can't even uninstall because apparently the keyboard is baked in to the os

Does the new oreo emoji come soon on SwiftKey keyboard ?

Did something recently change in the predicted text? This keyboard for several years was flawless and it corrected near every mistake. A few weeks ago, all of the sudden this keyboard is nearly unusable. The predictions are awful and doesn't fix mistakes. I noticed on the reviews page several others are having this exact issue.

When I use the Messenger app to text, it no longer scrolls so that I can see what I am typing. This is quite irritating.

I had sky theme in my old swiftkey but now i install new swiftkey and i couldn't find sky theme. Why you remove sky theme from new keyboard?

I refuse 2give up SwiftKey 4A gif button so I jus changed message app.... 1st i was using Go sms and really enjoyed it. But then i found Textra. Find it much cleaner. Only keyboard that comes close 2 SwiftKey would b Cheetah. Yes it has gif button..... Best match 4me is SwiftKey / Textra

Hi  just upgraded my tablet and no Holo. It's bar far the best KB IMHO

Which update will allow us to use gallery images as themes rather than to download themes from the store. Some users are not satisfied by the theme, even if it is the best theme, there might just be something that doesnt attract them. Even the slightest dislike is not good. So please add this feature rather than compelling us to download YOUR themes from the store. Thanks

I tried to install the beta version on Android O and it gets stuck on the installation wizard where you have to select Swiftkey beta keyboard, it won't pass that step.

I was over the moon with my 'Light' theme until yesterday when you 'updated' it and now it's ugly and caps lock is no longer a distinctive blue which was so helpful.

Can I get my 'old' light theme back please?

I recently downloaded the latest update of Swiftkey, so I'm currently running Swiftkey 2.0.0 and iOS 10.3.1.

The problem is that since this update, the prediction & autocorrect feature doesn't work anymore (feature that is the most important for me). 

The "autocorrect" button is switched on in my settings, I tried to switch off/on my phone and to uninstall/reinstall swiftkey, to log off/log in swiftkey (also, since this operation, I can't log in anymore with facebook, same problem than this post : https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115002075825-Can-t-login-to-SwiftKey-Account-with-Facebook?flash_digest=2a74e1df58f09ec0ef67ccd861729391949f6864&page=1 ) , but nothing works...

Since getting this new phone (galaxy s8+ I have had to reduce the size of my keyboard twice. I am now down to the smallest size available to me yet my keyboard is actually bigger than it was when I started using this phone. It takes up over half of my screen and when I'm typing I can usually see only about two or three lines of text. Any efficiency I gain from ease of use and familiarity from years of using SwiftKey have been negated by having to constantly scroll up and down to see what I'm writing. I'm hoping I can get this remedied as I really like the product but, until I can relegate it to a reasonable portion of my screen, it is no longer usable for me.

The latest version of SwiftKey (2.0.0) on iOS 10.3.2 and 10.3.3 is not allowing me to log into SwiftKey cloud using my Facebook account (had no previous issue until the latest update to 2.0.0). Have attached the relevant screenshots.

After clicking on "Continue" on the "Confirm Login" screen, Safari leads to a blank page; and on pressing "done" I get taken back to SwiftKey with the on screen error message.

So, I've had an Android prior to ios - even purchased themes. Obviously, Android has way more than ios and I'm hoping that this is something that is going to be changed in a future update. No offense but these themes are a tad bit lame after awhile it'd be nice to have a change of pace. 😁

Using the new s8+, and even with the keyboard size set to the smallest, it's still really large.

Mostly happens with the highest resolution on the phone, 2960x1440.
