I cannot get to my swiftkey data on iOS and neither into my data on windows.

When I go to "view and manage your data" from my account (which is a Microsoft account), I get to the page data.swiftkey.com on my iPhone's browser (Safari, but I also tried Edge with the same result). Then I am asked to sign in, but I consequently get the following message:

Whatever I try, I cannot get in and stay in this same loop.

I use an iPhone 12, with iOS 14.6 and Swiftkey version 2.9.1

I can't write an at sign or Euro because it seems Swiftkey it's not recognizing Alt Gr key. I have been finding in all settings with no luck. Any suggestions?

I tried reporting this before, but it doesn't get fixed. Very frustrating...

1. The translator will sometimes just cut a translation in the middle, or ignore a word. This seems to happen when emojis are included in the text to be translated. In that case the fix is easy, just remove the emojis before translating...

2. Translator doesn't work if you try to translate a message that has already been translated. To reproduce: In WhatsApp for instance, copy one message, and translate. Close the translation. Copy the message again and translate, this time it doesn't translate.

It was better if the SwiftKey app supported some stickers like others keyboards in the market does. 

1. Stickers available in the keyboard can't be used as pure stickers in apps like WhatsApp. It's right now being sent as gif or images. An ability to sent these stickers in apps like WhatsApp, telegram... Like native stickers would be super cool.
2. If users could make their own sticker packs for the keyboard and publish it in the app like custom themes in the app so that other users could also download it, it would be a nice addition. (would be outstanding if we could link those stickers with emojies like the feature in telegram so that once we hit the emoji the stickers linked will be predicted).
3. It would be so nice if the emoji mashup stickers available in Gboard( swift key's major competitor) is also available in SwiftKey keyboard. 

I was hoping the “\“ symbol could swap locations with the "|" symbol, above the "R" key. I have never used "|", but often need the backslash key, "\", when searching Web addresses.

Or it could possibly be added to the "M" key as a second alternative to the the "/" key.

working only in android / Internet browser etc.

Hello. I am using the Unihertz Titan Phone. It has Android 9.0 on it, and it has a physical keyboard built into it. I am not able to search for emoji or gifs because when I hit the magnifying glass and then enter my search term, the enter button does not enter the search term, it just inserts another enter on the screen. So I cannot enter the search term and see any results. Is there a way to get to the results when I am using my physical keyboard to search for emoji and gifs?

I've been using Swiftkey since it was first introduced. I've loved the keyboard the entire time. However, recently, after accidentally having my phone wipe itself because I forgot my PIN. Yeah, I'm a dumb dumb. After reinstalling everything and going through and setting up Swiftkey again, I can no longer make the keyboard as big as it was before. The largest setting is now only about a third of the screen when just minutes before the largest size took up half my screen. The keys were nice and big and I loved it. 

Is this something that was grandfathered in because I had such early versions of the app? Is there something I am missing? The largest size is quite terrible now.

Not sure if this is a SwiftKey problem or a Messages problem or a Google problem but here it goes.......

I just got this Galaxy S20. On my previous phone (Galaxy S9), when I hit the little "microphone" button on my SwiftKey keyboard to do voice to text when using the Messages App for texting, I would simply start talking and the words I was creating by voice would populate the text field in Messages. I could easily see the words as I spoke. After I was done taking, I'd just hit the send button and I was good to go.

With this S20, when I hit the little microphone button on SwiftKey, a window pops up. It is super annoying for a few reasons. One, that stupid grey box that says "Your audio Will be sent....." blocks the first several words that I am speaking, so I can't see that the text to words is translating correctly. Second, if I stop talking for around a second, the voice to text assumes I'm done speaking and closes, preventing me from adding more words if I hesitate to complete a thought. Third and worst of all, after I'm done talking the words I just spoke don't transfer to the text field in Messages. If I tap the empty text field in messages, SOMETIMES the words I just spoke suddenly appear in the text field- maybe 50% of the time. Supper annoying as half the time I have to repeat the whole voice-to-text process or revert to typing.

On my S9, when I hit the microphone button, I got a different pop-up that didn't block my words as they were spoken, and my words simply transferred directly to the text field in Messages, where I could clearly see them and simply hit "send" when done speaking.

When I use Facebook Messenger and do voice-to-text, I still get the pop up box with the annoying grey "Your audio will be sent......" blocking my words, but when I'm done speaking, at least my words transfer into the empty text box automatically and edit/send as required.

Anyone else having this problem?  I'd post the pictures of the pop up windows but I don't see a way to do that with this forum.

This is a feature request for making possible manual additions to the autocorrect. Regularly, words that i would like to be auto-corrected, are not. I cannot find a setting where i can add those words, together with the word to which i'd like the erroneous word to be autocorrected. This is a common function in desktop text applications. 

So I switched to iPhone after 6 years using an android phone. I installed swiftkey on ios noticed that the ios swiftkey app is missing some mandatory (imo) features which are present in android version.

Features like resizing keyboard, long press for all symbols and numbers (numbers in first row, other symbols like ;()!%_= etc. underneath), a comma on the left side of space button, long press duration and many more

Why is it like this and are there any official statements on this one? I just love the android swiftkey and don’t like swiftkey at all on ios.

I use the Carbon them, which should give a dark button for all the keys, however in the last day the letter keys are all light background, whereas the other areas are dark background...

when you use voice to text button now on swiftkey it brings up voice inout  , close out messages and go back in and there is no keyboard it defaults back to  voice inout automatically.

then you have to hit the keyboard button at the bottom and change back to swiftkey keybord 

it used to be you  press the button   say your message and send it , then next time your in a message it would default back to swiftkey. keyboard to type.

but now when you hit the microphone icon   it stays on all the time for all messages.
