There is one thing missing from this keyboard to make it perfect, in my opinion. Something LG keyboard has and is very useful: the ability to change the most used punctuation key(s) near the space bar. Right not there is a "," and a ".", the latter having a drop-down menu. I would like to be able to change them to what i use most. In LG, this is possible and you are even able to move their location (left or right).

Would you consider implementing this in the future, please?

So in windows 10 October 2018 update, Microsoft has add SwiftKey support to their on screen keyboard. Soon they will integrate cloud clipboard with SwiftKey too. But the problem is my SwiftKey already tied with Google account, and somewhat I'm want to tied to my Microsoft account too. Can you add these feature please?

Probably 85% of the mistakes I have to correct are the result of hitting the period key instead of the space bar. Can we have an option to move it, or make it a hard-press or long-press, or.....something. It's my only significant problem with an otherwise outstanding keyboard. Thanks much.

Won't you please include the bullet ( • ) and checkmark ( ✓ ) characters, so useful for lists of items and tasks? You could easily add them as alternate long-press symbols. It's the only thing preventing me from switching from GBoard to SwiftKey. I've asked for this for a couple of years now on Play Store, but maybe you don't read those comments…? Thanks!

Whenever I start a Voice to Text Entry, everything goes correctly, I can see text appearing... until I pause. And then all input is deleted.

I have just had to do a reset on my phone and after reinstalling Swiftkey it now changes to Incognto mode whenever I am in the app drawer. I can't read the incognito theme at all (whoever thought dark grey on a black background was a great idea should be shot), and as a result the keyboard becomes useless when trying to do an app search. How do I stop it from changing modes in the app drawer? It's not like I have to hide what's on there, it's not typing into a sensitive app, it's just the app listing for heaven's sake.

The best way to post a question

I switched from Gboard for two reasons: 

1. I'm a Microsoft person. 
2. Gboard's lag was killing me. 

However, you guy seriously need to improve your Chinese keyboard. Mainly because it's hard to type actual names since I don't remember every single character. 

1. On Android it seems to force a fullscreen keyboard in apps such as Whatsapp (making typing replies impossible) but not in others (such as Chrome) where context is less important.

How do you fix this bug?

2. On fullscreen keyboard in landscape mode, the keyboard won't stay where you want it and instead will only go to the far left or far right.

This only occurs in landscape and fullscreen.

Again, how can I disable this and have it where I have specified?

am using swiftkey on an iphone Xs max and the keyboard (layout with numbers on top) keeps jumping / moving up and down randomly. tried reinstalling and installing but still the same. anyone encountered this issue if yes kindly advise...thanks

I am not sure if I can hold off much longer waiting for an update response a hello a sorry its taken us a month or so to get back to you but our support team consists of one person who has to have the Barbados tan. 

So this post is going to be waiting for more than three days as my last new post from three days is still pending approval and review in Google Play Store is now three weeks in and absolutely ZERO response.

Why should anyone bother to install the beta version of anyone or any organisation without the user's who will be testing out free of charge and its costing me time and loss of income messaging a support service which isn't doing much in the way of due diligence.

In less than a year I have gone from loving the SwiftKey to actually now beginning to loathe the very idea of what you used to stand for since new staff arrived old staff left its been a shambolic comedy night out at Freddie's favourite murdering big mac in Bollywood.

And if anyone is interested can you get Hari Kyasa (SwiftKey) to actually reply and let me know if I should stop clearing my cache app data reset android settings jiggle the sync toggle restart and turn on and off and on the option to sync with the other devices as Windows desktop doesn't sync Huawei doesn't sync and neither does Samsung and let me remind you of the fact that you last emailed m 10/01/2022 and you have yet to advise further and should I put a reminder in my calendar 10/01/2023 12.55pm to get a response from you. 

Or should I uninstall and pop in to the trash !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say I am bitterly disappointed with the service in general you ask us to feedback on the beta version and the new features and then it's taking weeks to absolutely never getting a reply. You have just released the sync feature and I can't believe how lacklustre the response is to problems and issues. Perhaps it's time Mr microsoft sold you off. Two weeks later and they no reply!!!

This was posted on the Google Play Store 14/02/2022 and I am still waiting for the reply from my email regarding the state of the syncing issues since last month and it's absolutely atrocious and I'm certain that the new staff are nowhere near as diligent as the previous people I have communicated with. Weeks go by and they don't respond after saying try XGZ or we will investigate and get back to you shortly how many emails does it take before we get a sorry which frankly is a way to late after numerous emails and what does it take to drop us an email with a status update I can understand that the beta is still in testing but it you feedback and your led to believe that someone is going to get back regardless of the answer and then doesn't and the sorry is followed by its been a busy week that should be a busy two weeks or so and a bit. I am definitely getting fed up with SwiftKey now and not that long ago I was praising you. Why oh why oh why.

You do want to keep your subscribers in the loop or you don't and after being faithful to you for the last four years I am beginning to wonder why
