For the past month or so, the swiftkey stats section is displaying 'oops something went wrong our end check back later' has anyone else encountered this? It seems strange it's been going on so long, I've tried logging out and back in again but no joy.

Hi. After my unit was updated to Android P, when Swift keyboard is activated, the navigation bar (bottom) turns white, despite having the dark theme setted in Android. This doesn't happen with Gboard. I didn't have this issue with android 8. Am I missing a particular setting?

In this post I'm going to leave in errors in quotations and some corrected words as parentheticals to show "t" what's going on. Reading this post will probably be about as "r" frustrating as it is typing it out. I'm pretty sure this issue started within the past week, "u it" (but) random letters "go Vila" words and "r flags t" (spaces) began to pop up when "r t" using the flow "y y toxin" (function) of the keyboard. Sometimes it will even put in random gibberish words, and "y hovering" (sometimes) I just "have to u" give up and manually touch type things in.

Anybody else having this issue? Any ideas how to fix it?
I'm currently using a galaxy S7 (not the edge version).

Im getting random periods all over the place. I have to back space in the middle of a sentence im trying to write all the time. Not sure what's going on. Ive been using this keyboard for years and this issue just started up a few months ago. I would deal it with but it's getting worse and bringing me to a typing crawl. Any helpful would be great!

I use a few different languages with SwiftKey and it works great, but I use English the most. But ever since I added the other languages I communicate in, SwiftKey seems to be suggesting foreign words over common words in English. Like "N°" instead of "No" and "Só" instead of "So". 

Is there a way to hint to SwiftKey to prioritize English words so I stop sending "N°, I don't want to go to that restaurant" to my friends?

Hi,

under account services, the option personalize doesn't connect to 

my facebook and gmail account. The given passwords are correct.

Personalize from SMS works as it should.

There is no blocker, vpn or virusscanner running in background.

Whats the problem?

Is there a way to bring up handwriting to text with SwiftKey? I feel like I've seen it before but now that I'm looking for it I can't seem to find it.

I was so far a happy user of Switkey on Android, but I've been forced (for professional reasons) obliged to switch my phone to an iPhone...
So I was happy to see that Swiftkey was available on iOS as well, but when I tried to get the additional number row on top of my keyboard, I saw that this feature was missing on the iOS version such as some others.

Is there any roadmap for porting this feature on the iOS version, and more globally for aligning the two versions?

After updating SwiftKey on my S6, if I pick predict word and hit space, no period. If I type it out it seems to work, most of the time. Im so use to not having to hit the period that it is driving me crazy.

I'd love to have a question mark permanently instead of a dot, I swipe to access and I type a lot of 'ml' when I'm in a hurry. Please, I beg you. :)

It seems like in the last few days my voice-to-text feature has gotten significantly worse. I don't know if this is a Swiftkey thing or a Google thing, but it started happening a few days ago after my phone installed an update and updated a bunch of apps at the same time. The interface looks a bit different, and there are a few significant changes:

- The timeout when I stop talking has drastically decreased, to the point where if I hesitate even a tiny bit between words it stops listening.

- The guesses it makes are often way off, where before they were very reliable

- There was previously a feature where I could tap on a predicted word, and it would bring up a list of other guesses for the word, which was extremely useful when it got something wrong, but it doesn't appear to do that anymore.

- Previously I could hit backspace to delete the last word and it would stay in listening mode, now hitting backspace makes it stop listening.

I use the voice-to-text a ton, so if it's really this broken now it's sort of a dealbreaker for me with Swiftkey, which would be a bummer since I've really liked it up until now. Has anyone else experienced this change recently and found a way to fix it? For reference, I have a Samsung Galaxy s10 with fully updated OS and app. Thanks!

Basically the title says all. I switched from the Galaxy S7 to the Galaxy S10 and logged into my SwiftKey account using my Microsoft account (the same as I did on my S7) and none of my words are transferred to the S10. I know SwiftKey still remembers them, because I checked the "View data" page on swiftkey.com and all of my added words are there. Why won't they sync to my SwiftKey app on my S10?

Steps to reproduce: Just login using the same account from the other device. A word that should be saved, I have to add all over again. Basically starting from scratch.

My keyboard stopped showing word suggestions in Google + comments a few minutes ago. It works fine when creating a post and everywhere else, but I but not when adding comments. I tried rebooting, force stopping and clearing the cache, but no go. What happened?

I hit the drop down options on my swiftkey account to show swiftkey app icon, and I imagine it should then show on either the homescreen or the app list, but I don't see it, why would this be?

Okay how do i explain it. So, some of the emojis on my swiftkey keyboard are only male or female. For example ( 🤷) how do i pick the male one?

fyi i can see the male one when someone else is typing it.

Also, there's an option on gboard to pick it. I just don't like the keyboard. I prefer SwiftKey.

Is it possible to delete words from the dictionary? How?

Hi, I had to reinstall the SwiftKey application again on my phone. Before that I made a synchronization of my saved words. After logging in to the SwiftKey account via the website, all my saved words are still on the server. The problem is that the same account is logged in to the application on an Android phone, but I can't to download my saved words back to my phone. I'm mad at it because my dictionary has several thousand words that I need to re-enter now. Any idea how to solve it?

I'm getting a double number "7" with the "8" and "9" keys shifted to the right. (I believe this is also eliminating the "%" key.) Occurs on every theme I try, with the numeric keypad set to the left.

I have a Huawei p10 (Android 7, SwiftKey6.7.5.31) and I just noticed this new problem, when I try to use the popup for accented characters (long press) the bubble shows up on the far right, not above the correct character I am holding. The bubble is also partly missing or fully missing depending on the location of the character being held.

I tried googling and found no similar issue.

I tried reinstalling, tried using the GBoard (their popup bubble works fine).

What do I do?

Adding a picture! As you can see I am long-pressing D and the bubble shows up half-broken on the right side. If I hold something more to the right of D it won't even show.

At times there's need for changing font size or face (bold or italics etc) but I couldn't find a way to do it. Is it possible to do it?

I have bee using swiftkey for years and there is this one bug that is annoying. Some words auto capitalize in the prediction in the middle of the sentence. I am using S7 edge. I have already cleared and deleted my account history and data to start anew. Despite this the bug is still coming back.

Recently, on whatsapp I noticed that the SwiftKey on whatsapp is not scrollable while typing a paragraph.

Anyone with the same error? I being typing in whatsapp, and the input area doesn't expand to display the complete text I type into the whatsapp text input. It just display a single line as an input area without expanding to the complete textarea.

I have iPhone SE, on latest update of iOS.

I am using 3 languages and I get English suggestions when using Serbian and I'm getting Serbian language suggestions when using English, is there a way to change that (I am using Serbian Latin, English (US) and English (Cyrillic)).
