Can I make swiftkey switch automatically to incognito mode whenever I open specific apps or windows? Such as incognito tabs in Chrome and Firefox.

Otherwise, is there a (non root) 3rd party app that can do it?

Hello. I have the new Moto g5 plus which in the digital sensor has the feature to navigate thru left and right swipes on the sensor so i don't need to use the android on-screen buttom to return or anything else. The buttons doesnt even show on screen. But when i use the swiftkey or other keyboard, it creates the bottom buttons making my screen lose some space. How can i use this keyboard without the buttons just like my Samsung note?

Hello, SwiftKey is the best keyboard, but the qwerty layout has flaws, as well as all the other keyboard layouts for thumb typing.

I have made my own layout, and want to test it out on SwiftKey :). Is there any way to add my own layout into the language select screen? Maybe if I rooted my phone?

I am willing to relearn a layout, and it's really easy for me to do. I want one which allows me to be sloppy and have really good autocorrect. I can text without looking, but every time I look at my screen, I see the same errors caused by certain keys being too close.

So yeah, I made my own layout, and if it's not perfect, I have an idea for writing a program which can figure out a better layout, and I will continually test each new layout.

And yes I've tried LOADS of android keyboards and also different layouts(qwerty, colemak, dvorak, azerty, etc). Swiftkey is the best for autocorrection, and the smartest so far.

I'm currently using JBak keyboard with my own layout, but it's autocorrect is rubbish.

Why go to so much hassle? because I know it's possible to text without looking at my screen, and I like being able to look up at the world whilst texting at a fast speed, followed by a quick proof read.

Is there any way, like on the default iOS keyboard, to add a word, say "yt", which would automatically expand to YouTube?

I installed SwitKey on my iPhone 7. I have set Italian as default language and I use two languages on my keyboard, that is Italian and English. In fact, on SwiftKey keyboard space bar I can see IT-EN.

Howeve, if I type by using that keyboard, in any foeld (writing an SMS or an iMessage, filling a field in a web form, creating a note, posting on Facebook), the text is ALWAYS underlined by red, as the words would not be recognized by proofer.

wie kann ich zwischen den Tastaturen switchen? Wenn ich bauf Gboard bin kann ich ohne probleme auf Swiftkey wechseln, aber von der Swiftkey Tastatur kann ich auf keine andere Tastatur direkt wechseln. HIer muss ich immer über die Handy Einstellungen gehen. Das ist sehr mühsam.

how can I switch between the keyboards? When I'm on Gboard I can switch to Swiftkey without any problems, but I cannot switch directly to any other keyboard from the Swiftkey keyboard. Here I always have to go through the cell phone settings. It is very troublesome.

I love SwiftKey and I always disable Flow because I use the swipe right to left gesture to erase the last word, but on the Pixel 4 it's horribly broken and doesn't erase 90% of the time. Extremely frustrating.

I have been using sk since 2013 and have brought my predictions into new phones 2-3 times so I know my account has info. But when I restored this time I got none of my words that had been in my personal dictionary.

What do I need to do to get my predictions back?

Since last two version whenever I type a colon the preceeding space is automatically removed. This is super annoying when typing smileys. If I deliberately type a space and then a colon I expect the space to stay. As you guys probably know, most apps don't convert ":)" into an emoji unless it's surrounded by spaces. As of know I have to manually go back and add a space before the colon after its typed.
I kindly ask you guys to revert this "feature".

After last update to 6.7.2.20 there is a problem with emoji suggestion while writing. I have disabled that option and sometimes while typing it shows me suggestion. Look screenshot below:

Recently I purchuased Samsung Note 8 and after some time of use I decided to try 4k resolution mode. Before I set up 4k resolution I was using the smallest SwiftKey keyboard possible, but after change of screen resolution to 4k even on smallest keyboard setting SwiftKey keyboard are appearing quite big!

Im letting you know about that with hope in future you will fix it (adapt to 4k), cuz Im really want to try use 4k resolution, but keyboard is just so ugly.... I cant acquiesce with that :)

love the app - understand that it defers to Google for voice to text which is fine but do any of the keyboards have the microphone button larger? I downloaded this app to have a larger keyboard but now it is harder to get to the microphone - may have to uninstall it if there is no fix

First, I noticed prediction lags. A lot. Especially if you type fast.

Now, please help me with this: 1. I don't use pinyin (Chinese input). I don't even have it enabled as pinyin. I use a different typing system (zhuyin system) and yet Swiftkey still predicts pinyin. But why? Why am I forced into this option? This leads to the next problem: Swiftkey likes to predict English words like "uber" into "uber" with an umlaut. This is equally annoying because the English word is not the same as the German word.

2. There's no way to tell where some special letters or modifiers are. For example, the German "ß?" Go ahead and guess where it's found without checking EVERY SINGLE KEY on the keyboard. And the Russian keyboard? I don't even want to start.

For a keyboard that is supposed to be convenient, it, somehow, manages to force you into multilingualism. What if I don't want to, though? I want to type in one language at a time for the sake of accuracy. This prediction really... kills.

Is there a button that allows you to easily switch keyboards? I use another keyboard for programming and would like to switch between the two. The programming keyboard and a few others (gboard) you can hold the spacebar to list all of your keyboards if you can add this feature if such does not yet exist. Thanks!

I have some questions,
How to disable fullscreen mode while my phone in landscape mode..

I asked the same question in SwiftKey feedback @playstore but no response yet..

One more thing, I just updated the app from playstore, and I get something (bug maybe) while I write this question, I just get something strange..

Everytime I write letter "i" the AI will convert to capital "I"
That's normal, but in my case the letter "i" is concatenated with "I" and I got "iI". That's strange..

And everytime I try to delete the "iI" to manually capitalize it, the capital "I" shows up from nowhere to the next of cursor location.

And it happened not only for the "i" letter but almost of all words that uses autocorrect function.

I hope you can understand what I mean.

This issue has been bugging me for quite some time.

It's simple, despite having "key pop-up" enabled in settings, sometimes, randomly, the pop-ups won't appear, and the key suddenly isn't "clickable" at all.

I have the paid version of SwiftKey keyboard. I just updated to the latest version today (24.03.2017) and noticed that the size of the smallest keyboard layout has been made much larger than what it used to be in the previous versions.

Please let me know if this is a bug which would be fixed very soon. Else, please provide me with the installation file of a previous version so that I can manually install it. Such a big size isn't productive for me because it simply takes up too much screen space. Thanks for your support.

I want to know that is it possible to change the number keys layout? I like to use Google and Samsung type keyboard layout for numbers.

Thumb layout for portrait view and regular on portrait view is what I prefer and works on regular but not beta. When I switch to portrait with thumb layout set on landscape it switches the layout of portrait and this sux. I love thumb layout in landscape and normal layout on portrait. On regular SwiftKey app this setting works fine but not properly on beta. Please fix this asap. New bug -  Keyboard response is slower to type and the keyboard popup when tapping a entry field. Sometimes it does not pull up at all when tapping an entry field in certain apps as well.

"Unfortunelly" i've found "the problem"...
Google is blocking the comunication between Swiftkey and Gmail, because Microsoft don't agree yet with the new Google privacy politcs...

So, I created a new account, but not Google Account.. I created a new Microsoft Account and the sync is working on my device... BUT.. i've lost all my words that was in google account...

So...

I have a sugestion: the Microsoft Swiftkey could create the function "IMPORT" words... The function "export words" is working. I did the download and it's all ok... So, if microsoft create this function, all the problem will be solved...

OOORRR... ACCEPT THE POLITCS OF GOOGLE, MICROSOFT!

It's been more than a month now, since SwiftKey stopped predicting my saved words, emails etc. Its very annoying and not at all time saving.
I'll appreciate if someone can point me to another keyboard other than gboard. I'm done with SwiftKey now. They couldn't care less about their customers. Tweeted them few times, no replies or anything. Just pathetic and sad experience now.

I can't use the "123" button when I typing on instagram stickers. The keyboard go in crash when I tap on the "123" button. So, is impossible for me add a user with some special characters in the nickname or put a question mark when I reply on a question stickers. Yes there is a solution and is tap on the letter and insert the special character, but why you never fix it?

I've used SwiftKey for years, but suddenly the keys are no longer in straight lines, but appear to be slightly raised or lowered, I assume that's where I usually hit the keys but it doesn't usually show that on my screen and I wish it wouldn't, it's very disconcerting. Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't see a setting anywhere to turn it off, or understand why it happened in the first place. Unsure how to attach an image to this.

Why are there no predictions or spaces after a comma? Especially a space? This was apparently raised 9 months ago but still persists.

My keyboard arrow keys disappeared today. I did not change anything, nor is there an option for them!

Please bring them back!
