Hello - Within the last couple of updates of the Swiftkey Beta app, underlined text has begun appearing in the predictions bar at times while I'm typing. I just switched back to the Swiftkey app and this underline does not appear ever so it doesn't appear to be a system-wide phone issue. What is this underline? I find this incredibly annoying, especially because there doesn't appear to be any discernible use for it. I just typed 'Is' and it was underlined. If this is going to be added to the regular app going forward, could we also get an option to turn it off? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It will insert word automatically, so sometimes t nsert wrong word. Please change back to before.

As the title describes, latest beta update broke predictions. Beyond quotes appearing every time in the predictions bar, they are cleary not working fine as it was before. Lots of words aren't being corrected.

What happened?! It's a known issue?!

I have been using SwiftKey since I first switched to Android about five years ago I do believe the SwiftKey is the best keyboard for Android. One problem I always have had is I constantly go to hit the spacebar and I enter a "." {period} I believe it would be great if I could make the space bar either larger or remove the punctuation key next to the space bar all together. It seems no matter how hard I try if I am typing fast I can't seem to hit that space bar without hitting the period at least once every 25 words. It would be great if even there were certain skins that maybe changed the size of the space bar or remove certain keys. All the other keys I hit by mistake autocorrect takes care of. I still believe screen responsiveness is a lot better on iOS than Android so I don't believe this is really a SwiftKey issue or my typing but SwiftKey does help the shortcomings of this android app issue.

Ever since I updated to android 7.1.2 on my Pixel, the SwiftKey's shift key doesn't work during startup. When I turn on my Pixel and type in my unlock password the shift key will not work.

The Arabic keyboard layout Reda is mentioning, really needs to consider your attention. Many people tried your keyboard after using so me other keyboards and they like. But because of the layout issue, they revert to other keyboards. 

The ❝:-)❞ tab/folder of emoticons should be user-mappable… into something like

This issue has been bugging me for quite some time.

It's simple, despite having "key pop-up" enabled in settings, sometimes, randomly, the pop-ups won't appear, and the key suddenly isn't "clickable" at all.

Swiftkey v6.5.5.30

In older an older version of swiftkey I was able to change capitalization of the last word. Now pressing shift changes the capitalization of the next word. Since swiftkey is not very good in predicting capital letters in German I always have to manually select the last words again and then change it afterwards.

Is it possible to change that behavior?

Attempting to undock Swiftkey sometimes fails in landscape mode when the app has opened it in fullscreen mode. Clearing data or reinstalling doesn't fix it, but rebooting does. This suggests to me that it's something outside Swiftkey interfering with it undocking.

It always undocks successfully in portrait mode, and I don't think I've seen it fail in landscape apps that don't usually open it as a fullscreen keyboard.

Phone is stock Android and not rooted.

The problem I am having now is with SwiftKey and the recent update to Kakaotalk I can not search friends in Korean language anymore. If I try to search for "김" Kim SwiftKey will only type "ㄱㅣㅁ". And this will apply to any Korean word that I try to type in search bar.

I can type perfectly fine In chat. And everywhere else on the phone other app like Facebook or messages etc.

If I use the default LG keyboard I can search with no problem in Kakaotalk.

This seems to only be a bug with SwiftKey and the most recent verison of Kakaotalk.

If there is any other Korean users in this forum please let me know if you have the same problem. ㅠㅠ

Ellipsis character does not appear in QWERTY US keyboard? How to type an ellipsis? How to enter any Unicode character?

Thought about using SwiftKey as my regular keyboard after the new flow update. But there are still some details I have problems with:

- spaces before or after using a hyphen and colon
- quick reply limitations on the lockscreen (I know, never gonna happen)

Can I make swiftkey switch automatically to incognito mode whenever I open specific apps or windows? Such as incognito tabs in Chrome and Firefox.

Otherwise, is there a (non root) 3rd party app that can do it?

When i open the google search app (activated with O Symbol) and click on the Google search field, the swift keyboard disappears after maybe 3 seconds everytime. I'm using Nougat. Any idea? Is it a bug?

Since I switched to Nougat OS in my S7 Edge, I'm getting this display bug, it happened in Stock ROM and now that I'm using a Close-to-Stock Custom ROM(I thinked it could be the ROM) it appears again, I don't know if is the Nougat OS itself or the provided OS by Samsung.

When I'm typing the first word in the chrome URL bar it erases the word and replaces it with 'I' which is the first word it predicts, when i start to type the second word. I go back and delete it and it works fine. It does the same thing the next time i go to type in the url bar. Plus I get extra spaces in between words now. It never did this before

inadvertently my keyboard switched to swiftkey keyboard, i just want to go back to normal keyboard. Please help

I'm new to SwiftKey with my new Huawei phone but used similar with my previous Samsung.
When a word is predicted which is incorrect & it doesn't appear as an alternative, I'd like to delete the whole word rather than a letter at a time ~ previously for me, the default was to remove the word & start again.
I can't find this option in the settings, can anyone help please?

Every theme should have the ability to turn on the secondary characters. I want a bunch of the colorful themes but they have no secondary keys and that won't work for me. The solution to this problem would be to have the option to turn on the secondary characters for every theme. And then have the option to turn it off for every theme, this would make everyone happy. Versus right now all the new themes don't have secondary characters so you're alienating the people that like it.
