Yes upgraded to Note 10+ and lost all my shortcuts and predictions. Very disappointing!

If it is a SwiftKey problem then let us sign into their servers!

3. Saved words won't transfer to new device

Yes upgraded to Note 10+. Very disappointing to have to start all over again. Can be simply resloved with a "Data Import" function. I have my data exported. Just need to import and be done!
