If you feel that your predictions are poor, please see the steps below.
Open your device System Settings
Tap App Manager (or similar)
Find and tap ‘SwiftKey Keyboard’
Tap ‘Clear cache and data’
Open SwiftKey Keyboard and make sure that all of your settings are how you like them
Note: this will clear all data and saved language from the application. If you would like to keep your language data, please make sure you have created/are signed into your SwiftKey Account and have “Backup & Sync” enabled.
If the previous did not work, try reinstalling a fresh version of SwiftKey Keyboard.
