At this time, iOS does not provide a dictation platform (also known as voice to text or voice recognition) for third-party keyboards like SwiftKey. This is something we'd love to consider for a future version if this functionality becomes available.
A solution to work around this issue is to keep the standard iOS keyboard available when you would like to use dictation. If you have not deleted the standard keyboard, it should be accessible by tapping the emoji button (smiley) next to the 123 key and then tapping the globe icon.
If you have deleted the Apple keyboard, you can re-enable it by following the steps below.
- Tap 'Settings' on your device
- Tap on ‘General’
- Scroll down to ‘Keyboard’
- Tap on ‘Keyboards'
- Add your standard keyboard by tapping ‘Add New Keyboard’ and selecting the language(s) of your choice
