SwiftKey has a resilient language model download service. If you have trouble, make sure you have enough space on your SD card and try re-downloading the language with a strong data connection (such as Wi-Fi).
If the issue continues, please try the below steps.
- Go to your device's 'Settings' menu
- Tap 'Apps'
- Find 'SwiftKey Keyboard' from your app list
- Tap 'Storage'
- Select 'Clear data'
- Uninstall the application
- Download SwiftKey from the Google Play Store and install again
