There are several reasons that you may not be able to access the SwiftKey Store on Android.
Please make sure you are updated to the latest version of SwiftKey, which can be updated or downloaded from Google Play.
If you are having trouble accessing the SwiftKey Store because you are getting an error about having an older version of Google Play Services, you will need to update this app.
There are two ways to do this:
Click on this link and update it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms
- Go into your device settings
- Tap 'Apps'
- Search for and select Google Play Services
- Tap 'Update'
Try accessing the Store after completing these steps.
If SwiftKey and Google Play Services are updated and you still cannot reach the SwiftKey Store, this might be a problem with the cloud client, or the token is not valid. Please try logging out of your SwiftKey Account and logging in again to refresh this token. You can log out of your account by following the below steps:
- Open the SwiftKey app from your device
- Tap 'Account'
- Tap 'Log out of SwiftKey Account'
- Tap 'Account again to log back in
