Personalizing doesn't work
CompletedHi,
under account services, the option personalize doesn't connect to
my facebook and gmail account. The given passwords are correct.
Personalize from SMS works as it should.
There is no blocker, vpn or virusscanner running in background.
Whats the problem?
P.S. found this tip, time and date are oke and imap settings ??? can't find them on my samsung galaxy s6 edge

Hi Matt, no it isn't.
We use swiftkey about 2 years now, the problem startet at once. First SwiftKey refused to load languages, Then i de- and reinstalled the program, After installing i noticed the problem.
I am able to load the languages now but personalize at Gmail and Facebook don't work.
I also tried logging out, restant and logging in again. Didn't work!
I just got a new phone and installed SwiftKey today on my Google Pixel XL, and I'm having the same problem: "Gmail personalization failed. Please try again." My SMS personalization is failing too.
I also can't find the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" section of Settings.
I get the same error..

Checked my Phone this morning (The s6 edge, mentioned obove is my wife's phone) , it's an (s6 edge plus) and on my phone also the same problem.

Same problem. Can personalize with SMS only. Must be a bug. My phone is Samsung S7.

Maybe Facebook and Gmail block swiftkey due to security isseus in the past?
Good support is what makes or brakes a program. I waited because of the weekend, but still no reply....... Don't like it!

File a ticket with support. Ive been working with them. At first, they seemed to dismiss somewhat. Now they are working on it. We need more people to file a ticket.
