I have the same problem. I'm using Swiftkey version 2.1.0 on an iphone 6S plus (iOS v10.3.1). I've deleted all other keyboards so that Swiftkey is the only one showing in the list. Swiftkey keyboard comes up for SMS, Safari and even searching the app store. But the stock keyboard comes up for Mail, Contacts and Calendar. This is my work phone - do you think it's security settings? [I'm an android user so am finding the iphone a bit of a challenge...wouldn't be surprised if I'm not doing it right.]
Hope you can help - I love the Swiftkey keyboard. Thank you.
Hello Max,
Can you share us more details?

Same problem here. Is there any answer?
Same problem I have....
Any solution for this?
Essentially, whenever I open the native mail app in my iphone, the keyboards switches from swiftkey to the ugly native ios keyboard.
Is there anyway I can override this?
