    First of all, your second screenshot contains sensitive information, allow me removed it.

    It seems your device can't connect to our service. Can you tell us the SwiftKey version #? Do you use any VPN connection?

    Thank you for your reply and removing sensitive info. I tried to do that but it was to late and attachments were posted without possibility for edit by me.

    I don't use VPN.
