Learnt Words not transferring to new phone

Hi!

Have really tried following your support document on this subject but can't get Learnt Words to transfer to a new phone. The transmission if from a Oneplus 3 Oreo to a Oneplus 5T Nougat.

The version running on the old phone is 6.7.3.25 and is logged on with a Google-account. Backup and sync is enabled on the old phone.

I install the same version from Play. Setup; accept all permissions and logon with the same account (also checked the Google account ID and they match).

My Learnt Word doesn't end up on the new phone. It doesn't predict anything previously learnt, like e-mail addresses, company names, etc.

Didn't help.

So, need help to get this data transferred to the new phone.

Any suggestions?
