Hi Brian DeCastro, if you have backup and sync enabled, your learned words are safely backed up and should be available to you when you sign into a new device.

Do you not see your learned words via SwiftKey Data Portal - Sign In?

I do have backup and sync on.. But it never works when I get a new phone. When I go into my backup log, it only has the data from my phone. Nothing from the old one. Again, been doing this for a while now. Been using SwiftKey for at least 6 years now and it never works

Hi Brian, can you please force sync to see if this solves the issue for you? My Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard predictions have disappeared! – SwiftKey Support

Hi Brian, when you mean data, do you mean your typing stats or your learned words?

Are you signed in with the same sign in method and email address?

Seriously.. Wow, so after all this back and forth, you seriously think I want to retype everything again. Rediculous. How about you submit the ticket and find out the problem. And it's not just me, clearly in these forums, it happens to everyone that gets a new phone
