Cloud-sync clipboard (beta + october update)

Hey there, any Infos on cloud clipboard functionality?

When will it be available?

Hi dikey, thank you for reaching us. We would like to inform you that, Microsoft SwiftKey has Cloud Clipboard feature to sync your copied text across all your devices. The Clipboard backup and sync feature is our new feature we recently launched it in SwiftKey Beta app and it is still under testing. If you would like to start trying the backup and sync feature, please install the SwiftKey Beta app from the Google Play Store and try it out, and we would like to hear how you like it.

well it was working and i contacted support and have heard nothing back for a week now my issue is as below

samsung galaxy a10 was working kjeeps signing me out have to keep signing in howeverr it doesnt sync anything copied from my clipvboard to my other devices nor is it recieving said copied items from my other devices

windows 10 home pc perfect syncing with my huawei p30 lite no issues here but it doesnt recieve anything from my samsung galaxy a10 neither does the galaxy recievbe anything from my pc

huawei p30 lite absolutely zero issues but like my pc its not recieving anything from samsung nor is the samsung recieving anything from Huawei 

pc and huawei are never logged off and never recieve any errorsa or requests to sign in asnd restart sync unlike poor cousin samsung standing in the corner all three devices are up to date and yeah both mobiles are currently using the beta swiftkey keyboard and yup we all share the same wifi when at home

i just tested it again copied random text on samsung asnd cousin samsung has the text but pc asnd Huawei recieved zilch from mr galaxy

trust me i get that its in beta and i gert that there are gonna be issues and i have reported direct to support in which the only response back was its been passed to tech team someone will conmtact you in 24/48hrs that was monday its now sunday and this is my first time complaining about the response back because upoo to now support have been drop dead gorgeous everytime but someone needs to just give me an update i am not gunning for a solution right this minute just a yes recievbed it investigating or yes aware of the issue thats all cause then i can ditch samsung until its solved and use primarily huawei however i love the cousin better than huawei but not so much as my PC
