My saved words do not want to download after reinstalling the application.
Hi, I had to reinstall the SwiftKey application again on my phone. Before that I made a synchronization of my saved words. After logging in to the SwiftKey account via the website, all my saved words are still on the server. The problem is that the same account is logged in to the application on an Android phone, but I can't to download my saved words back to my phone. I'm mad at it because my dictionary has several thousand words that I need to re-enter now. Any idea how to solve it?

Me to facing same problem... I have logged in both of my device... In old device I am able to use it with all my words saved.... By in new device I'm got getting a single word saved... Pls help... It's frustrating... Using this app since many years... Never faced such issue
So happy to hear I'm not the only one facing problems with SwiftKey after changing phones! It's like we don't know each other at all anymore. Hopefully it's a bug fix and they issue an update to fix it.
I think it's a sever problem bc I installed an old version to test and the problem persists.
I my old phone it's working totally fine.... I'm just facing this issue for my new phone
It's a server problem because i have this problem on aby version of SwiftKey app. Anyone solved this?

Can confirm happening to my two new devices with fresh install and account connected and synced but nothing actually syncs
I had to reset my Samsung Note 9 tonight. After logging into SK... all my saved words are gone. I'm having the same issue. 1000's of words, years in the making... Also, i don't know how to find my dictionary via my computer. So i can't verify it still exists anywhere. Please help. For now, i'll remain logged into my SK account on my Samsung Note 9. Thanks

Me too,I thought was system problem and I rolled back to default system but now I know is app problem,fix it soon!

Maybe if everyone sends a mail to android-support@swiftkey.com they can fix the problem asap 🤔
I've done that twice. They are not responding. I then went out to Google Play Store and i Rated their app as 2 stars... and that too has not gotten their attention. Yet i just got a Swiftkey update. So they are clearly there... but not working with end users. Don't know how else to contact them.

И у меня такая же проблема не синхронизируется слова на смартфон андройд. Я зашло на свой учетный запись там все слова сохранены но в клавиатуре ничего нету. Если бы я знал об этом чуть раньше то я не сделал бы себе восстановление телефона.
