Windows 10 clipboard isn't syncing with my android device

Today I updated windows to the new version with the clipboard that syncs supposedly with SwiftKey beta, only to come to the realisation that SwiftKey is not actually syncing with it. Can I get some help please?

Looked up deep and found this:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/when-will-the-sync-clipboard-with-pc-and-android/16b96ea7-d4eb-4a70-8ac0-60a2c989bd2b?auth=1

Can't get the permalink for the main reply, but it's there, Nikhar_K that's a MS Community mod replied with a "proper" answer.

    Hope it helps.

    Very very old stuff
    Nothing new.

In  Windows 10 (latest update) in Clipboard Settings there is still a link (via SMS) to the not functioning SwiftKey Beta app
Why Microsoft continuing to do this? - NOBODY KNOWS
