I've connected both via Google account.

I've tried again, logging out and restarting the device. but my google account's words data are not showing in the new android phone.
It's a server problem, everyone have the same problem :(

Maybe if everyone sends a mail to android-support@swiftkey.com they can fix the problem asap 🤔
The way you have phrased that sentence naturally makes me want to avoid sending that email. Linguistics is such an interesting thing.
