    Even I am facing the same issue. I have recently upgraded my phone (andoid) and when I have logged into the account which I had been using on my old phone, all my old saved data seems to have vanished and the predictions which used to be so perfect have simply vanished. Should a ticket be raised?

    I have the same problem... I've changed the phone and now it doesn't want to sync. Tried to reinstall the app, wiping cache;even installed SwiftKey beta - nothing...

    Same problem here......  ANGRU!!

    I have spent many years using this app and when it was the paid version I bought it., now I see that they do not anwer to a problem that is repeated in all the users who change phones., I am very angry with the support!!!

    Same issue here. BUT even last year when I migrated to a new phone, it never synced from the former one and sync was on.

     

    Has anyone here ever migrated in the past year or so and SYNC did work?

    Yes, it synced from Samsung S6 to S9+ and from S9+ to Note9. But now i tried to sync from Samsung Note9 to Samsung S10+ and it didn't work.
