solving problem swift key not syncing

I attempted this but Firefox or the phone won't allow it to be installed since its from an 'unknown' source. I removed the standard app, cleared the cache and installed the beta version which is much more to my liking however when looking at the word and typing details it doesn't appear to have synced with the 7 years worth of input...I'm fine with it for now though

Same problem here after using new phone oneplus 6 ... no sync to all my stored data.

I uninstalled actual swiftkey version and tried several older versions ( 7.0.9.28, 6.7.8.25 ... and some other)

But also with older versions I didn't get any proposals in Mail, Whtsapp,  ... :-(((

Any other ideas solving that problem??

THANK YOU!!! after searching around for almost 3 hours now, trying to find why on earth my new phone is not Syncing, this actually did it.

One thing i'm still missing though, is the different set of predictions for different apps (like if you open chrome it will suggest full website links, if you open messaging app it will suggests text and emojis and stuff)..... but even though, I'll take that anytime rather than training it from scratch for the next 3 years.

I installed SwiftKey version 7.0.9.28 apk and it still didn't work. Am I doing the syncing wrong? I just click on that refresh button in Backup&sync. I have years of data. Is there a way to use the exported words from my account?

Same problem here. Installing older versions doesn't work for me.
