Annoyance at Swiftkey avoiding communication
I wrote a review on the Play store and Swiftkey answered on the play store (for all to see) and said I should follow a link they provided to get the matter attended to... sounds all very nice and concerned/professional, BUT after spending 15 minutes writing the problem, adding a photo to show the issue etc, I submit the form and all I get is a screen saying I can go to the forum.
WOW.... so Now I must do the same thing again, all my efforts from 25 minutes ago lost.
Swiftkey, if you say "Hi A. We'd love to help so please drop us a line here https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with any additional information/screenshots that might help and we'll see if we can figure out together what's going on!" I would hope you mean it, but clearly you do not.
