    Microsoft understands that there are some users having difficulty signing into their SwiftKey Account. The Backup & Sync service has been updated and requires users to be on the latest version. If you haven’t done so already. please download the latest SwiftKey update available in the Google Play Store.

    Your SwiftKey Keyboard will continue to learn words and phrases that matter to you. SwiftKey will continue to learn as you type and personalize your language model appropriately. However, please remember this excludes passwords, credit card numbers and other such sensitive information.

    It's working on mine since Tuesday.

    no its not working

    i try log out ! clean data , clean cache , fresh install , and  no , not working

    its show that sync is done but its not restore any word of my data account

    okay something weird is happen
    i swear i had 14K word on https://data.swiftkey.com last time i export that ( october 3 ) now i check i have only 1314 word !!! :/

    I seem to have lost lots of words from my data.swiftkey.com as well. What is going on?!? I have not been able to sync my new phone to Swiftkey for over three months, and now I seem to be losing data as well?

    Can we please have a public statement on the issues here, and how they planned to be resolved?

    Same here! All my old data is gone, but I did export them a couple of days ago. But is there any way to import?

    They have lost all access to any data saved on Google servers. If you didn't export the file during the beginning of this whole fiasko, then I'm sorry to say it's gone forever. These guys can't fix this because it's going to cost Microsoft hundreds of millions to get access license from Google. Better for all of us to stop using this and move on, if you're going to restart your dictionary anyway. Just my 2 cents
