Dedicated 'Ç' key on pt-PT keyboard

Will it be possible to add the "Ç" key next to the "L" key?

As a suggestion, after selecting a previously typed word, it could be possible using the Shift key, for example by selecting the word "time" and using the Shift key once the word gets the first capital letter "Time". When you press the Shift key again, the letters are all uppercase, "TIME".
