    Hi,

I've repeatedly encountered a specific case of what on the surface appears to be the same issue.   Normally swiftkey is ace,  in almost all circumstances such as outlook email,  word,  websites, WhatsApp, browsers, whatever.  No problem at all,  flawless.     BUT,  the specific case that regularly causes this to happen,   is typing facebook comments when running Facebook in a firefox browser..   In my case , it is not editing  a comment,  it is writing the comments in the first place.    But the symptoms of the problem are almost exactly as written by the user above:  i.e.   when I type "SwiftKey repeated letters bug," I get either "SwiftKey repeateddletters bug" or "SwiftKeyrrepeatedlletters bug.".  Instead of space between "repeated" and "letters,"   or any of many other words, the space disappears and I get a duplicate of the first letter in the second word.

Adding to this comment,  with some more info:

The app version I'm using is  v 7.7.8.4

It is running  on a oneplus 6T device with Android v10,  specifically Oneplus  oxygenOS v 10.3.9

Swiftkey is recently re-installed in case some form of corruption was the issue,  but reinstallation of swiftkey has made no difference.    In parallel , I had swiftkey installed on an android tablet running Android 9  and saw the same issue under the same specific  "facebook running in mobile firefox browser",  but otherwise every aspect of swiftkey was fine.   I cannot give you exact details of that tablet as I havehad to return it due to a hardware failure of the LHS of the touchscreen (in portrait mode).  But I will try again as soon as a repalcement arrives,

Just for info,  I run facebook this way to help avoid their persistent endless tracking, data harvesting and ads.

Hi Barry Sunley thank you for the information. We would need to see the behavior happening so it would really help if you could submit a video to https://aka.ms/sk-support. Hope to hear from you soon.
