Physical keyboard and Alt Gr

Hello,

I can't write an at sign or Euro because it seems Swiftkey it's not recognizing Alt Gr key. I have been finding in all settings with no luck. Any suggestions? 

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 T835

Keyboard: Tab S4 Book Cover Keyboard

    Yes, I checked that guide, but it didn't work for me. I attach the screenshots about that menu:

    If you need they are in english for better understanding, tell me to change the language.
