    Hi there, sorry for the trouble. Could you please try deleting Microsoft SwiftKey and reinstalling it from the Google Play Store. This often irons out any issues that might be impacting performance. If you are worried about losing any of your learned words, make sure you are signed in with your account and that you have Backup & Sync enabled. 

    Please note that uninstalling the app might delete your Microsoft SwiftKey stats, including saved clips on the clipboard, so if it's okay with you, please go ahead and try to do so. Thank you!

    Hi, I have the same problem, also only in the work profile. Unfortunately reinstalling the app did not help. SwiftKey crashed 6 times writing this text.

    Hello, sorry for the trouble. Just to clarify - May I know, since how long you have been experiencing this issue? or Did this problem start after changing something on your device? Have you recently updated your OS? 

    Could you please help us with your device OS version and SwiftKey app version? Could you please let us know if the issue is happening on any specific apps in the work profile or everywhere? Thank you!

    I'm on Android 12, le2124_11_c.47 . Swiftkey is 8.10.11.3. I think the problem started after upgrading my phone

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem. Oneplus 9 pro, Android 12, C47. Just started using work profile on this software version, so I can't compare with Android 11, but my colleagues with different brands don't have this issue.

    Can I provide any logs or something to help you finding to root cause?

    I'm also seeing this issue. Reinstalling doesn't seem to help at all (nor does a reboot). It did go away for months, but started after the upgrade to android 12, then restarted again after the language pack issue a week or so ago where all predictive text stopped. I'll send a video to support.

    Only affects Work Profile.

    I have the same problem. Also same brand, oneplus nord CE, and also in work profile. It only started when I installed an OTA that updates my phone from Android 11 to 12. Don't have this problem with android 11.

    Still happening for me. My work profile is locked to Gboard or SwiftKey only, so I've had to resort to Gboard until this is fixed.

    Hello, very same issue on OnePlus 10 Pro 5G on A13, random 2-3 secs freezes on every app in work profile only. Not happening in OP6T and A11

    Hi All, Could you please try to clear the cache of the SwiftKey app and try to update the app to the latest version from the Google Play Store? 

    Steps to clear the cache:

    1. Go to your Device Settings
    2. Locate 'App Manager' or 'Apps'
    3. Scroll down to 'Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard' and select it from the list
    4. Choose 'Storage', then tap to "clear cache".

    Removed and reinstalled (even better than deleting cache). After some testing, the issue has come back as before, so i had to remove the keyboard from the work profile (while it is working perfectly fine in the personal profile) and revert to the A13 GBoard, which has got no issues. Thanks

    Same issue here - work profile on OnePlus 10 Pro 5G. SwiftKey keeps crashing, but GBoard doesn't. I'm having to use GBoard even though it's nowhere near as intuitive as SwiftKey is.

    Looks like the issue is quite common on OnePlus phones, though?

    Having exactly the same issues in work profile. Same issue also before upgrading from Android 12 to 13. Really disturbing and kills productivity. Please prioritize a bug fix.

    Same here on One Plus nord ce 2. It happened only once upgrading from one plus oxygen 11 to 12.

    Clearing cache, storage, uninstall & reinstall has no effect.

    Ok some additional info. I've been able to reproduce this even when no language is selected at all, so no predictions.

    Anecdotally I've found the keyboard hangs less frequently and hangs for less time (not always ending in app termination) on Full mode vs my default mode of Thumbs.

    Hello,
    Same issue here, I even recreated the issue just after reseting my phone to factory settings (full wipe) and adding work profile.
    Also this started to be a problem just after the update to Android 12. And only for work profile. Outside of the work profile Swiftkey is working perfectly fine.
