Why doesn't SwiftKey support the new Android 11 Auto-fill APi for passwords?! It's been almost 1 year since Google announced the feature. Gboard supports it. -

Hola muy buenos días he estado buscando una solución pero nonla en cuanto por ningún lado, cuando me voy al teclado y trato de de traducir cual quier idioma no me permite se queda pensando y luego me dice que no tengo conexión y resulta que si tengo una excelente conexión ya llevo 2 semana co el problema, alguien me puede ayudar

SwiftKey default dictionary is extremely poor [Polish]

In general I find SwiftKey one of the best tools ever for an Android phone. But the weakest link of it is... the dictionary. Sometimes it takes me much more time for me to use SwitftKey than to type words manually.
The Polish dictionary is soooo poooor, that it makes it sometimes next to impossible to type fluently. I am under impression that more word variations are missing than present.
How can I connect to something more robust? It does not have to be free as I am desperate.
I can barely remember such issues with Gboard where 95% of words could be found just like this! in SwiftKey - 50-60% perhaps.
Please advise!

Hi,
I have data synced with one account, I have changed my primary email address and want to have same data that was backed up/synced with the previous account on the new account. I don't see any option to do that, is there anyway that I maybe missing? -

When I want to use voice to text It says "we need permissions to access mic" I gave all permissions to SwiftKey and Google also updated Google.

I can't use it. If I stop for a second it will stop recording and I get this pop up which won't go away off my screen whilst blocking the keyboard, for an unacceptable duration....further to that, sometimes the keyboard won't go away and I have to restart my phone so I can't even continue with typing... This is the popup: "Your audio will be sent to Google to provide speech recognition service. A transcript will be shared with this app"... Can you please inform Google of the situation because I don't know who to ask or where to send anything and this is their problem as we know... there was no issue in the fairly recent past. I really enjoy using SwiftKey and have for a long time I don't want to go away from it. But I will have no choice if this issue is not addressed by Google.. Thanks kindly note that I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling SwiftKey I have the latest version it doesn't change anything

Hello, before I was able to press the microphone icon in SwiftKey and spoke my text directly into what ever program I was using. Now when I press the mic icon it opens google speech to text to add the words... But it messes up all the time. I don't know what happened but I'm trying to get it back to "normal"

Give to the user an option to disable more than one word on a single prediction block. Ex: user types the word "big", the prediction blocks show "big whale", "big building", "big elephant". None of the predictions were memorized from previous user textings. Ideal scenario: user types "big", the prediction blocks show "whale", "building", "elephant". Reason why: sometimes the predictions will show nonsensical two or three words, like "see has been". All examples quoted here are just hypothetical. I use the portuguese language, not english. I do not care for the english predictions, that is not the problem. I only want an option to disable two or more words inside a single prediction block, so the predictions become single word by block. Because it's easier to avoid the wrong predictions than fixing the whole nonsensical two to three words by block.

I'm using an Android phone and an Ipad.
On Android phone, Swiftkey supports Vietnam language very good.
But on IOS or Ipad os it been 4 years Swiftkey hasnt add Vietnam language or syn for Vietnamese pls help us,

Slow perf leading to unintended long-presses Answered

Sometimes Swiftkey has pretty serious performance issues where the keyboard really slows down or even freezes for a second. This then spirals into it incorrectly interpreting a normal press as a long-press. Ironically, this is the worst when using Outlook & Teams, which I assume is because they are somewhat intensive or inefficient apps.

I have skme gripes that my only option to produce these results is to switch to a different keyboard. Here are some options that should be added: When you select a period "." to enter in a decimal number it wont auto snap to the previous word. Example: I made. 54% progress instead of. 9% Another suggestion is to remove certain saved words. I don't need the app auto correcting my correct words to a spelling error I made way too many time. Example, 8n instead of in. Another suggestion, remove the deleting of spaces at the end of the sentence after pressing the return key. In certain apps like reddit if you press the return key to go to a new line it will delete an extra space at the end of the previous line. This causes issues when an app determines a new line based on whether or not there is a space at the end of the last word. Because all are removed, it will be seen as not putting a space or an end line and it will just concat the first word of the next paragraph to the previous word. This may be app specific since it only applies when new line using the return key is not seen as a character. But removing a ton of spaces requires me to mash the space bar 3 or 4 times to make sure there are spaces at the end.

I've been taking screenshots of examples where SwiftKey autocorrects a word that is spelled correctly by me into gibberish. I saw myself type (using keys not swipe) "fro" and as soon as I added the "m" to write the word "from" it autocorrected it to "fyom." The word "from" became an option in the bar on the left, but why would it not leave a perfectly good word alone? I have many other screenshots just like this. I'm using a Pixel 4a 5g on Android 11 Please figure out how to get back to the amazing SwiftKey of old... -Chris

Hello,
The keyboard icon (allowing to switch to another installed keyboard) in the bottom-right corner disappeared.
Other keyboards are active (under Manage Keyboards in Settings).
Android 11, Pixel 4a 5g, August 2021 update.
Swiftkey version: 7.8.6.5

I see this has been asked for 2 years ago already (Windows 10 SwiftKey isn't learning! – SwiftKey Support) so is SwiftKey for Windows 10 becoming another Microsoft orphan?

Beliw my switkey keyboard is a blank space, with a keyboardsymbol in the right of it. This ishighly frustrating since isuddenly have a spacebar that is way up from where i am used to. Using a oneplus 9. Can i get rid of the blank space?

I've already activated all accented characters in the settings,
Anyway this letter is missing.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Buen día, tengo un iPhone 12 y he instalado SwiftKeys hace 2 meses pues siempre he usado este teclado.
Hace ya 2 semanas atrás, tengo un grave problema y es que cuando quiero escribir, en automático parpadea el teclado y se cambia al teclado de IOS y pues no puedo usar el SwiftKeys. En las configuraciones del dispositivo lo tengo como UNICO TECLADO, ni siquiera el de IOS está activo, ya he reiniciado el dispositivo y a pesar de todo ello, sigo con el mismo problema, espero su respuesta. Gracias. -

Hi folks,
Recently Swiftkey has started behaving strangely. At first I thought it was just a case of 'auto space' being turned off somehow (although I didn't do that) - but then (after totally failing to find any way to turn auto space on or off - despite following multiple online instructions) I realised it's worse than that.
When I type or flow several words, swiftkey will randomly remove the spaces between them - even if I manually typed those spaces!? Not always, but often enough that I look like a barely literate typer - and this makes the tool completely unusable. I've had to go back to the - totally unintuitive - iOS keyboard.
Can someone please tell me what's going on, and - more importantly - how to get back to the usual Swiftkey operation that I have come to depend on?

I've had this problem for quite long now in Android Swiftkey. When I try to write a message, at some point the keyboard deletes it completely. Not just last word, but everything, whole message. And obviously there is no undo or anything to have it back, so it's completely lost and very annoying bug.
I've not been able to recognize what the trigger for this is. It might be "space", or ".", but "backspace" has done it also. It happens typically in mobile Firefox browser in a forum, but I've seen it happening also for example in reddit app, so I think it's not app related. Instead Swiftkey is having some bug. -

"shift keys" / special keys won't show

So I got a new phone, the Xperia XZ3, and I'm trying to make the keyboard show all the special keys, but can't find the setting for it. On my last phone, the XZ, it showed those characters as standard, being greyed out on top of the main keys. They still work tho, if I long press M I get / but it's absurd to have to memorize all of them. Any1 know how to make them appear? Thanks
