I cannot get to my swiftkey data on iOS and neither into my data on windows.

When I go to "view and manage your data" from my account (which is a Microsoft account), I get to the page data.swiftkey.com on my iPhone's browser (Safari, but I also tried Edge with the same result). Then I am asked to sign in, but I consequently get the following message:

Whatever I try, I cannot get in and stay in this same loop.

I use an iPhone 12, with iOS 14.6 and Swiftkey version 2.9.1

To my dismay SwiftKey doesn't let me add a second typing method, it apparently only allow you to "set" one

Am I missing something here and begin dumb or is this an oversight on the development team thinking 1 input method will be enough and no one will ever need a second input method

Right now I am using like Simplified Chinese(PinYin), Traditional Chinese(Handwriting), it works but it's really annoying...

Probably going to try another keyboard app that's more versatile, dont get me wrong SwiftKey is nice and cool, but it's the little things that gets us.

I can't write an at sign or Euro because it seems Swiftkey it's not recognizing Alt Gr key. I have been finding in all settings with no luck. Any suggestions?

I tried reporting this before, but it doesn't get fixed. Very frustrating...

1. The translator will sometimes just cut a translation in the middle, or ignore a word. This seems to happen when emojis are included in the text to be translated. In that case the fix is easy, just remove the emojis before translating...

2. Translator doesn't work if you try to translate a message that has already been translated. To reproduce: In WhatsApp for instance, copy one message, and translate. Close the translation. Copy the message again and translate, this time it doesn't translate.

I use Swiftkey Beta with English and Tamil languages. When I type in English, Swiftkey is predicting words in both English and Tamil. Most of the word prediction in Tamil is nonsensical. Can I change the Swiftkey setting so when I type in English, I only get English word prediction? This change is leading to so much error.   

I can undock the keyboard in portrait mode, but nothing happens when I select floating keyboard while in landscape mode.

Often, when typing a post, the point of typing is mysteriously moved backwards in text by a few words or a couple of sentences and I'll find the last 3 - 5 words I've typed are showing up in the middle of some previous text for no apparent reason. It is very frustrating to have to go back and delete perfectly well-written text from the middle of another sentence and then retype that text. It is frustrating enough for me to have sought out this forum, and if no fix is explained to me very shortly, I will update my Play Store recommendation and uninstall your keyboard app.

I have requested to SwiftKey for years that the spacebar is too tall. It comes right up to the bottom row of keys and it's difficult to not accidentally hit it pitting in odd spaces and errant predictions. If you could just shorten the height of the spacebar, this would solve the issue. I have tried other keyboards and don't have the same problem I do with SwiftKey. Is there a way I don't know to shorten the height of the spacebar? Add a gap between the spacebar and the lower row of letters? Even narrowing the width would help when hitting punctuation. Any ideas or replies from SwiftKey? Thanks.

In evernote, we can copy a note's internal link and paste it in another note.

example : copy internal link of noteA  in noteB

On PC, the link is a short link named with the title of the first note

example :  when lookig in "noteB", you see the link "noteA"

On android, the link is a long link (an URL) like https://www.evernote.com/shard/smlml§sd5s4d54f/dsdsds...


The trouble come from swiftkey because on pc,no problem and on android with samsung keyboard, no problem.

How can i end this issue, please ?

Kindly make a transparent keyboard. Thus would be a great feature. I use the SwiftKey Beta and the space bar in normal mode is too close to the virtual home button key on my phone that I keep accidentally returning to the home page whenever I am chatting or typing an email. This can get very frustrating. A transparent keyboard which can Float a few millimeters away from the home button would be great making it easier to read what's under the keyboard. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Please remove this new info icon and allow us to add seventh shortcut?

My SwiftKey changed to float, which I like, but the arrow keys don't display when float is selected.

Just like the title says, could you add arrows to the floating keyboard?

They should all be able to add new clips but also have ability to SEE clips added from different phones (same SwiftKey user!) 

I'm speaking about - SYNC. 

Our clipboards clips AREN'T BACKED UP AND SYNCED.

I have so many of them set-up. Do u know how much TIME  I have spent setting Pinned clipboard clips and shortcuts up, just to lose them all? :(

Please, SwiftKey team, SYNC them.

Or at least, give option to export and import! (XML, TXT, whatever - as long as Import exists, too!) 

I lose so much of my hard work because you DON'T backup/sync clipboard content and pinned items and shortcuts ACROSS PHONES, when SwiftKey account is the same...

I once lost my phone and bought another, enabled SwiftKey and NONE OF MY CLIPS were saved. :((((Such a big disappointment! 

Please give this HIGH priority, PLEASE.

I'm running into a weird issue with SwiftKey voice to text on iOS (version 2.8): every time i pause momentarily it adds a period '.' as though it think i finished a sentence. I speak pretty quickly and my paragraphs are just filled with short sentences and periods. It also occasionally puts up question marks when its not a question. Has anyone encountered this? Is there a way i can disable auto punctuation on voice to text?

I don't think that any more keylogging will happen with new software than what is already happening. Swift works best of you make an account for cloud storage. And as I commented already, they previously released a Neural keyboard app in alpha. I didn't notice any lag. I am a slow type (not quite as low as 20wpm). And the predictions were much better.
Swiftkey already offers a Neural keyboard app. The predictions are much better. And unless you're clocking milliseconds, I doubt that any lag is noticeable. I'm glad they're finally putting the Neural software in the main app. I uninstalled it waiting for this day.

It was better if the SwiftKey app supported some stickers like others keyboards in the market does. 

1. Stickers available in the keyboard can't be used as pure stickers in apps like WhatsApp. It's right now being sent as gif or images. An ability to sent these stickers in apps like WhatsApp, telegram... Like native stickers would be super cool.
2. If users could make their own sticker packs for the keyboard and publish it in the app like custom themes in the app so that other users could also download it, it would be a nice addition. (would be outstanding if we could link those stickers with emojies like the feature in telegram so that once we hit the emoji the stickers linked will be predicted).
3. It would be so nice if the emoji mashup stickers available in Gboard( swift key's major competitor) is also available in SwiftKey keyboard. 

Lately this app has taken a downturn. It constantly puts in the wrong word. When I backspace to fix it, the word I just input shows up. Ugh! Why wasn't it selected to start with. I've stopped and deliberately made sure I swiped exactly from letter to letter, and it will still put in what it wants to, but what I swiped or what my history would predict. It not only suggests by preemptively puts in a word I rarely use over what I've just used or have used hundreds of times since I stated this app.
