I've done that twice.  They are not responding.  I then went out to Google Play Store and i Rated their app as 2 stars... and that too has not gotten their attention.  Yet i just got a Swiftkey upd...

I had to reset my Samsung Note 9 tonight.  After logging into SK... all my saved words are gone.  I'm having the same issue.  1000's of words, years in the making... Also, i don't know how to find ...
