Further update - as it came pre-installed on the phone I'm unable to try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Every time I try to uninstall it just uninstalls the updates but leaves the base app insta...

Same issue here switching from a Huawei P10 to a P30 - none of my old predictions work, and worse SwiftKey doesn't seem to want to learn them AT ALL. It's been 2 days and it's still autocorrecting ...
