@Hanna Jup, S10, my husband has the S10+, has the same problem.... I did the same you did, I tried EVERYTHING! Hope this gets fixed soon, as I bought stickers, I can't use anymore....😭 It all start...

Have the same problem! Already posted here and wrote to the Support Team. Supposedly they are working on it! But nothing changed!
