After a little bit of digging around (using Chrome's Inspect feature), I found a URL associated with the login pop-up that appears. Depending on how your Password Manager actually processes these requests, this may or may not work.

    https://swiftkeyapp.zendesk.com/access/login

When trying to visit the page, you are redirected to this one, which again includes a login pop-up box:

    https://support.swiftkey.com/access/unauthenticated

Again, depending on how your Password Manager works, you could also try to (do the equivalent of) 'whitelist' this URL, since all of the threads located here use the same prefix:

    https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/

Hopefully one of these works for you, as our Support site doesn't seem to have a dedicated login page.

    Hello,

I am confused which "standard login page" you're referring.

We have only Google account login.

Sorry, can you be more specific? I don't understand.

Which login page? If it's SwiftKey app:

    • SwiftKey login? (SwiftKey account login, only Google account login available, one-tap login, no other email or password required, so no password manager needed)
    • Facebook/Twitter login? (This is inside of SwiftKey settings > Account > Personalization, account information of your facbook/twitter required).

    If it's SwiftKey forum:

You can sign in with facebook, twitter, google, and Microsoft account.

I don't follow why its so hard for you to understand. It's on PC. Also, I don't fully understand the message you send, please don't write in shorthand, it comes across as brusk and a bit rude to be honest.

    1) I have had to login in to write this post, as I have had to do every time (see attached screenprint)
    2) I do not want to use facebook, google or other account to login.
    please advise.
    thanks

Sorry it's been a bit difficult because I didn't understand you're talking about forum feedback. And I've never been rude with you. Here's for SwiftKey app feedback, as you can see you're in SwiftKey for Android. Forgive me about this confusion and let's pass on.

    1. I don't see your attachment. Can you check it? But yes, to post a topic you'll need to sign in.
    2. You don't have to use your social account to login, you can sign up with you email. And once you did, the pop-up window is the login window. There's no other login access.

You can also let your browser to remember your login info, that's a common feature of browsers today and that would be faster.

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for coming here for help, but please don't be rude to others on the forums. English is not everyones first language. It helps when you come here for help that you leave as much detail as possible so that others can help you to the best of their ability.

You original request was very vague and our Community Moderator, Alpert is doing his best to understand your issue and help you.

    Thanks,

    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

I did not know english is not Alperts first language. I'm using please and thank you's. But more to the point I'm the customer here, I've paid for this service. To suggest I'm being rude is quite unbelievable. If the community moderators english is not great or creates confusion that's an issue for that person and for swiftkey who has them as a moderator on their site. To start pointing the finger at me is another thing. I'd like to get the name and position of your Supervisor please. You need to have a look at your attitude and how you communicate.

    Regards

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

We understand you're a customer and you have questions,  in no matter which case, we need as much details as possible in order to answer you.

I "created confusion" and asked you questions because I didn't know what you were talking about, the app (because you're in app feedback section?) or the forum (URL?). And I apologized twice.

Shall we move on to the questions and suggestions I gave you above?

Alpert, I'm ok with some confusion occuring, it happens and I appreciate your apology. I'm frustrated with the SwiftKey forum login process, its not customer friendly using a PC. Maybe its easier using the app. The more frustrating issue I have is with Ryan making the whole thing bigger than it needed to be and pointing the finger. I'm over it right now will wait to hear back from Ryan.
