    Hello,

SwiftKey has the function you said. Try to tap on any word then tap on the shift key, you can switch among: all caps, initial caps, and all lower.

Nice! I was trying to select the word and not just tapping on it.

But even so, there must be a way to capitalize an entire text.

    Thanks!

This is OK for one word, and thanks for pointing out it already exists, but can we have the same functionality of Windows Phone brought over, so that we can highlight whole sentences/ strings of words and change the case of them with the shift key?

I agree. The Windows Phone keyboard worked great for capitalizing text that was already typed. Simply highlight/select the word or sentence and hit the shift key. It would then cycle through by proper casing the word, all capsing, the word, and then lowercasing the word. Please add this functionality. It doesn't exist on SwiftKey.

This is an important functionality to avoid retyping. Pls do include this. It's a MUST.

Has the issue of changing entire sentences or blocks of text into upper/lower case been resolved yet?

I'm so glad to learn how to quickly convert a single word to or from CAPS by tapping it instead of selecting but am baffled as to how to do the same for a whole paragraph.

This is currently possible on Google Keyboard and used to be the default on Windows Phone too. Can it be done with Swift?

I installed swift keyboard after being disappointed with the apple iOS keyboard and I'm desperately trying to find a solution to this case conversion. I will have to change keyboards again and keep searching if this feature is not available. I'm devastated at the thought because I really love swift otherwise!

    Pleeeeaase someone help ?!

Hi Georgia Marie currently, while the cursor is touching any word, you have the option to tap ‘shift’ to cycle through different caps cases, Title Case, ALL CAPS, and lowercase. This will help you fix the word without having to re-type it. For paragraphs, this is currently not the case.
